Went in to get some concealer wanting to try a new brand but wasn’t sure of the match?I got a young girl called Paige who helped me find a better concealer that was the perfect match. She went out her way to help me it was much appreciated.They are all always very helpful and it’s a great place to shop.
The young blonde assistant on the shop floor today was very unhelpful as I enquired about a particular makeup product that I was looking for. I described numerous times what I was looking for and that I had seen it advertised and she said that she didn’t know what I meant and that the product I picked up “must be it”. She didn’t look through the products or ask another member of staff their opinion. I feel as a member of the older generation, she looked at me as though I was stupid and wasting her time. I wouldn’t recommend the service in this store after that experience.
