I had left my bank instore and did not miss it to late at night .I returned to the shop the following morning to check for it it had been hand in .I cannot praise the staff more for their honesty .is there no way to reward the staff
Good stuff, reasonable prices, friendly & competent staff. Some places are becoming increasingly trans-hostile, but this place is trans-friendly!

I love this shop. The best in Clydebank and always good bargains. The makeup selection is always impressive. The in-store threading is first class and reasonably priced, however they don't yet do waxing which is unfortunate.
I visited yesterday. The store itself has a great selection, at great prices. The reason for the 1 star is the atrocious customer service; we were second in the queue and it was fast building behind us, so another member of staff was forced (read that as coerced) on to the tills. I take it she was either back from lunch, a toilet break or a snooze - either way she was not pleased to be made to work for her wages. She was rude, unhelpful and unpleasant - and for her alone I won't be setting foot in that store again. She was a younger member of staff, baked in fake tan and with the 'mad' big eyebrows. I strongly suggest avoiding her in future. If that store wants repeat custom, I highly recommend they send their staff on customer service courses. Anyone who has ever worked facing the public, has bad days, but you put on a fake smile and you just get on with it. Very unprofessional.
Nice shop got most of the items you may require and staff most helpful would recommend a wee vist if passing
Staff unhelpful and very rude to me, accused me of sticking a different priced label on a product to try get it cheaper.

The staff were speaking to each other on headsets. They were clearly talking about another member of staff and discussing a collection for her, and how ungrateful she was. I could give far more detail but I won't for respect of person being spoken about. Very unprofessional. When I reached the till, the girl continued to talk to her colleague on headset, I thought she was talking to me at first. So I said sorry what did you say? She looked at me as though I was interrupting. I said so sorry I thought you were talking to me. She barely acknowledged me. There was no apology given for dismissing me, really bad customer service.
