Really poor experience wasn’t able to look at anything I wanted to because of young teens pushing past. I appreciate it’s was a Saturday but the layout makes them almost impossible to access if you’re disabled or use mobility aids. The K-beauty section in particular is tucked into a very small crowded corner, and it’s often full of younger shoppers testing products and hanging around. As someone with a disability who genuinely wants to buy items and test shades, it’s difficult to even get close to the shelves because there isn’t enough space to move It would really help if the displays were spread out more, given more room, or maybe even supervised better especially during busy periods like weekends and December. Rather frustrating for such a big shop to not be that accessible.

Absolutely disgusted by my friends experience here !! Her and her sister were in doing a shop as her sister recently had a baby, and they thought the baby a dummy. It was a packet of 2. She quickly realised the tag had fallen off after they paid for it, but didn’t think anything of it as they had paid. They realised they had other shopping to do, so they went and got on with their day before deciding to head back to Superdrug for some other things. Once at the till, a different member of staff from the one serving them, who had dyed red hair, was immediately interrogative towards them, and asked how they had the dummy if the tag is here? Whilst holding the tag up. Immediately my friend was confused and the lady proceeded to tell her that she had checked the cameras and had seen my friend stealing it?!?!? Obviously, this was not the case and my friend had the receipt for the dummies previously bought ….. absolutely disgusting that this has happened, I don’t know if it’s a racial thing, or what, but it is absolutely clear that these staff need retraining. Unacceptable and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else, and that the staff get spoken to.

Incredibly disappointed by the staff here at Superdrug Braehead. My friend bought a dummy for her baby, left the store after paying of course to continue her shopping, and returned to the store shortly after. During her second trip to the store she was accused of stealing the dummy! And an employee then demanded she show proof of payment, which she did as she had purchased the dummy from the store only a while beforehand. The employee that accused her of stealing had no proof to back her claim and i’m appalled that a paying customer would be treated in such a manner. Please speak to your staff about basic decency and customer service because there’s absolutely no way you have PAYING customers being accused of theft. Try checking the cameras if you’re that skeptical before blatantly lying to people and attempting to embarrass them when they come into your store. If anything you’ve embarrassed yourselves and it’s genuinely laughable behaviour. Maybe try re-training the staff if these are the people you have in customer-facing roles.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone if you are not white or a mother . Me and sister came to do some shopping as she just had a baby so she wanted to get out the house. The baby was fussing but we never had her dummy so I went to buy one at the till. We realise we had forgotten something at a different shop we left and came back to finish our shopping however when it came to checking up we we’re served by the same lady who sold us the dummy , with that another lady Lorine I think she had dyed red hair came up and accused us of stealing the dummy as she said we had dropped the tag that was inside the dummy. She had no proof that we did or did not steal and lied about checking the camera when in fact if she did check the cameras she would of seen us buy the dummy and check the transaction that were made. Instead she resorted to jumping the gun and being cheeky and asking for the receipt which I did provide kindly. She also questioned how we could of paid for it if the tag had fell off which also didn’t make sense as the tag was inside the box of dummy and fell out as we also trying to sort a baby out. Any case I would be careful visiting this Superdrug…..

Last time I was in since just after Xmas they had a flashing light at the till point I have epilepsy and it bothers me alot if I was photo sensitive they would find out exactly what that would mean they've never sorted even though I told them about it way back in January or even slightly before that

Visited on impulse while at shopping centre and so glad I did. I think this has been my best ever experience of using brow bar. The lovely girl really listened to what I wanted and delivered with such perfection..this girl is excellent at her job. My friend and I had a good wee blether with her and she really made us feel so welcome my visit was about 2.30 on Thursday 27th October.

A bright airy shop with wide aisles and good level of stock on the shelf. Clear prices all marked up and plenty of special offers three for two etc. There was a very good variety of after shave, deodorant and personal product. I was easily able to find the gifts I was looking for and for considerable saving over the prices charged in a large chemist shop at the opposite end of the shopping mall. Parting with my cash at the checkout was easy, and the young lady was very helpful and reassuring. A pleasant shopping experience in a very pleasing area. Everything was clean and tidy, and there was no packaging or carts left on the public areas.
