   I was here last week after having a lovely lunch in Celino's with family, and thought I'll get a few things before I go home. I'm barely in the door and was pestered by a member of staff who asked if I needed anything. I said no and that I was just looking before getting what I needed. I appreciate that they have a job to do, but I don't like being hounded as soon as I'm in the door - I like to be left alone to have a look around and will come to you for help when I'm ready. A couple of minutes later, I got her attention and asked her something about a foundation in the Rimmel stand - she would repeat everything I was saying and appeared totally clueless. She would just look at me, shrug her shoulders and make out that she didn't know what I was talking about - it was as though I was speaking gobbledygook. I said forget it, I'll try another store which might have more stock. She was like okay and then buggered off back to the entrance - she couldn't have left any quicker. I proceeded to have a look around the shop and then noticed a death stare by another member of staff. She was further up in the aisle, but she was watching me like a hawk. She followed me everywhere I went and wouldn't take her eyes off me!! I understand that folk do steal and so forth - but I wasn't stealing anything (the items were clearly visible in my hands as I was only getting a couple of things, and I couldn't find a basket when I got in) and she was looking at me as though I was some thug, and was going to cause trouble or something. It was as though I didn't belong there. In the end, I didn't get what I needed as I felt so uncomfortable in there (in fact, I have never felt so unwelcomed in my entire life) by the staff, so I put it all back and walked out. I then went into Marks and Spencer to get my dinner and the staff were so nice, compared to Superdrug - they couldn't have been more helpful. What happened in Superdrug bothered me more than I thought and told the staff when I was in Marks and Spencer - they weren't surprised. Apparently it's well known that the Superdrug staff there are horrible - not one person said otherwise. I was so shocked because every other Superdrug I've been in, the staff are great - super, in fact!! lol It's a shame because I like them, do use them a lot and have a loyalty card with them. I will continue to use them, but I certainly will never go back to that store - EVER!!

   Service can be a bit hit or miss. Prices are competitive tho and it has a decent fragrance collection for a local outlet

   All the staff are lovely and friendly and helpful. Myself, son and daughter had piercings done and Zeenat was so nice and friendly and put us all at our ease.She made the whole experience so much better. She is a gem. Thanks Zeenat.

   Wanted to buy some makeup which I really don't know what to buy but Sophie helped me, she found what I was looking for and I got a freebie lip liner as well, I also needed to buy a new hairdryer which she said unfortunately they don't have them but I could order online and have delivered to store the next day which I did whilst in the store. Lovely girl. Went to counter to pay and Lauren served me who was also very nice and again I got a freebie makeup sponge for spending certain amount in money. On a sour note NOTHING to do with actual store but my next day delivery didn't arrive, was very disappointed, Head office should not advertise this if its not going to be there or change delivery company if they can't keep up.

   The staff they had at the start of this store opening were awful, although the past two times I've visited the store the staff have been great! So good management I suspect. Not as much options at the men's range that they have listed on their website, I had to go to the other smaller store to get some stuff I needed.
