   I had the worst experience today at boots. Me and my husband went there as he wanted to gift me perfume for our anniversary. I had my newborn baby with me. I entered and headed to the tester counter to try a perfume when a lady from staff approached us and asked us if we need some help. I politely told her that i wanted to try this perfume and looking around. Somehow the guard from the door came and stood right behind us. That lady said nothing and stood right there and stared at our faces. And they both stood there and watched us like we gonna steal that locked tester and run while carrying the baby. I felt so uncomfortable and frustrated that I left the store and didn’t want to buy anything. Even when we got out of the store the lady was still looking at us weirdly. I couldn’t understand if it was racist or why she did what she did. My mood was so bad at this point that I came home without doing any shopping while it was too hard to go for shopping in first place with the baby. I don’t think I’ll ever return to that store.

Findlay at Dior is amazing, helped us so much when we didn’t know what we were wanting, very knowledgeable! And drew and Jean at boots counter was amazing helping me with my transaction! Can’t fault this store at all!

   My 89 year old friend and I visited Boots Braehead Perfumery on Monday Morning June 30. We had very friendly and helpful and professional customer service for your staff on the make up counter. My 89 old friend got the perfumes and lipgloss she looked and very pleased with them and she impressed by the staff's customer service. I didn't get all their names two were Ashley and Lauren and Collette they were very professional with Customer Service and nice with it. Thank You Boots Braehead for your excellent customer service James Maclean.

   I visited the Clinique counter today in store as I have been suffering from bad skin recently, and after spending a lot of money on various other brands products that have not helped I wanted to try Clinique. Debbie assisted me, and was so helpful and friendly. She took a lot of time to assess my skin and helped me choose the right skin routine and make up products for my completion, and also showed me how to apply them by doing my make up while I was in store. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she has a vast knowledge of the Clinique range and also skincare. I will definitely return and purchase further products because of Debbie. She is an asset to the clinique brand and also the Boots Braehead store.

   Booked an appointment for the newly available Pro-derm scan. Lauren, the No.7 Manager at the Braehead store, talked me through the process and gave me the results. I found the whole experience very informative and Lauren was extremely knowledgeable about skincare and make-up and provided me with lots of good advice. I was given plenty of time to ask lots of questions and there was no obligation to purchase any products. I would definitely recommend this service to friends and intend to go back for a follow-up scan at some point. Very satisfied customer.

   Eye check and new glasses needed, very professionally done with no time lost at appointment time, the girls were very pleasant throughout. Arrival date not met and is now 2 days late probably more. I had to change my plans and do not know when they will arrive. Paid for.
