    I went into the HT PAWNBROKERS IN SHAWLANDS KILMARNOCK ROAD. TODAY THE 8TH OF MARCH SATURDAY. I FOUND THE STAFF NOT VERY HELPFUL AT ALL IT LOOKED LIKE THEY COULD NOT BE BOTHERED. I HAD TAKEN IN 2 WATCHES AND A POCKETWATCH .TO TRY AND SELL .I SPOKE TO THE STAFF FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES. THEY HAD TO CHECK IT OUT SO I SAID THATI WOULD POP BACK AT 11.30 WHICH I DID THE OLDER LADY GAVE ME A WATCH BACK PLUS THE POCKET WATCH. SHE SAID THAT THE WRIST WATCH WAS TO OLD .SHE HAD MY OMEGA CHRONOMETER WATCH SHE WAS STILL WAITING FOR A YES OR NO FOR THE WATCH. IF SHE LOOKED AT THE DIAL ON THE WATCH UMPTEEN TIMES WITH THE EYE GLASS AND KEPT POINTING OUT THE DIAL HAS THIS AND THAT THEY MIGHT NOT BUY IY FROM ME. AT THIS POINT I ASKED FOR MY WATCH BACK AND TOLD THEM THAT I WAS GOING TO RAMSDENS .THE OLDER LADY SAID WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO IF THEY MADE A OFFER I SAID THAT YOU COULD CALL ME AS THEY HAD MY PHONE NUMBER. GUESS WHAT NO PHONE CALL. WAS EXPECTING THAT . DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER. I HAD SOLD THE SAME SHOP 2 WATCHES 2 YEARS AGO. THE STAFF THEN WERE FANTASTIC. THAT I LEFT A GREAT REVIEW ABOUT THEM .WHAT A DIFFERENCE THIS TIME. NO STARS BUT I HAVE TO LEAVE ONE . UNFORTUNATELY. MG

    the employees are very rude and unprofessional, especially a young woman wearing glasses ruined my rings when she was doing a gold test, while she told me that it was not gold, even though it was bought from them a year ago, I do not recommend this store if you do not want them to damage your gold
