Bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max that was advertised as Grade A with 100% battery. Tried to set it up and it would not turn on. Went back to the store for a refund and was hastily accosted to their third party “technicians” who then told me to give them an hour to figure out what was wrong. Bear in mind I had bought this phone Grade A with 100% battery health. Went back to the store and the gentleman said they’d repaired it. I still wanted my refund back (wouldn’t you?) to have to argue back and forth with their manager about how they don’t offer refunds only credit notes or vouchers. Absolutely shocking service that seems to take phones in without ever testing for quality assurance. I have since sold the phone and had to settle for a lesser phone but with the assurance that it actually works. Funny that. Edit: the new phone actually works for £50 and is the 15 Plus. If you’re ever strapped for cash and need a new phone, don’t come here. They’re useless. Con men.

I would advise against doing business here. Was sold a faulty PC for nearly £100, upon calling them to inform that the PC was faulty the day after purchase, i was told that i could not return the PC as i was not issued a receipt, despite asking for one. Upon being given the option to sell it, they would only accept £30. We were also sold the PC with the knowledge that ti was 2TB, it was only about 200GB. Scammed.

I bought a PC for £90 because it said it had 2tb storage. When I brought it home and set it up I found it only had 200gb storage and wired WiFi only. When I called up to ask I had a very rude person on the other end of the phone constantly interrupt me and tell me there was nothing they could do. I've had other issues with stuff bought at different Cash Converters but they've always been very cordial and helpful in getting items fixed, replaced or refunded. This store has a lot to learn comparatively.

Happy returning customer. Used the shop many times for each of the services they provide. Wether I'm selling or pawning they always beat competitors and give a fair evaluation on items. Great knowledge with items being sold. 5 stars, highly recommend.

Came here with my partner to buy a PS5. Employee was helpful, answered any questions that we had and gave us the products we required. Also told us about the one year warranty and we could bring products back if we had any issues which is reassuring. Store was clean, a wide variety of products available with competitive prices, probably cheaper for most products than other similar stores. Not all items are in the best condition but if you don’t mind that you can get a good bargain, it’s good to be able to look at products in store before you buy. Would recommend.

They are trying to tell me my laptop value is £250 and in the shop online is selling for £1800 , he just tap the name on the cex website and he show me different model with different code, just under that model was my laptop model with the price £756 cash and £1000 voucher. Run away from this people !

Visited the shop last week with my girlfriend to try find her a birthday gift. Was greeted at the door by the shop manager and he was only too keen to take my girlfriend through the back to show her what he had for her. In no more than a minute she arrived back at the front of the shop with the biggest smile on her face, brilliantly quick service! Would recommend

Young Manager lad needs taking down a peg or 2 before one of the customersdoes it for him, obviously went to the school of no customer service. I have never been so badly served in my life, the guy told me I was arguing with him 3 times where in fact he was getting all flustered because I told him his price was too low. £100 for an item that was boxed/brand new (unwanted Christmas gift)and is worth 4 times that, is too low. He then told me I was better off selling it myself to somebody. The audacity of this guy is off the chain,DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.....EVER
