   Called them to give me a price on 5 electrical items, they took the serial numbers etc to look everything up and gave me a quote and arranged for me to bring everything in the next day. Went in the next day and they only bought 1 item even though they said on the phone the day before they would take all. Waste of time. Edit: 1 of the 5 items although looked in good condition they showed me had a latent issue that would become a problem eventually but still, to only take 1 of the now 4 items was disappointing.

   Certain parts of the store can be a bit tight to get round, and the music perhaps a tad loud, but it's certainly not like a disco like a certainly other nearby Cash Generator store & crucially at least they factory reset all there used goods again unlike a certain other nearby Cash Generator.

   Staff very unfriendly and cheeky, I was told the manager wouldn’t embarrass himself by buying my laptop. I would suggest saving yourself the walk and popping into CEX instead much better customer service and products.

   Pure con men, when there buying they'll give u half of what they're going to sell it for, you'd be better with e bay n as for if you buy something, trust me these devices are in the shop for some reason n as a long time customer I know it's usually because they are faulty, when the fault shows its self it's too late because next to NO MATTER WHAT the reason you'll find it easier to rob a bank than get a refund (on a device that was broken b4 u got it!!!!?) Trust me use the shop to sell to but DO NOT BUY "ANYTHING" and trust it to do what it's ment to, can't believe the good reviews, gullibility when selling makes them make us think we're actually getting a good deal n don't compare them to others in the town because there worse but lowering the bar may make them look better but there still ducking low just an illusion there good because the rest are worse but they are BAD, REALLY BAD!!!!

   Delighted with the price I got for my Samsung S9. 25 quid up on the price from their competitors a few door's away. Staff were friendly too, know where we will be taking our phones to in future. Give these guys a try, genuine honest and not rip of merchants like others.

   Staff are good and helpful, they have a good selection of products like consoles and phones, but their game prices are pretty average so I end up shopping elsewhere for them. But when it comes to consoles and phones I always pick here.
