   was in here yesterday with my mum to see about getting her some better skincare products and Morag spent a good 45 minutes helping us and she did a skin analysis on my mum and applied some makeup to her. made her look so beautiful and feel so confident. love Morag! she’s the best

   I'd just like to praise your No7 consultant for all her help (sorry didn't get her name). I returned a mascara on Saturday 2/02/24 that had been missold to me in your Dundee store. She was a great help dealing with my problem and solved it with a smile. I've bought a few no7 items over the years and have always been served by her. A great asset for your store.

   Pleasant staff. Well set out and products signposted well. Bit snug between aisles. Very clean and tidy. Some good offers. Pick up in store hit and miss on delivery promise. Not stores fault though.
