Indian or Pakistani guy is so rude, and when it comes to Evri parcels he starts getting aggressive. He also starts making his own rules up which I caught him out on the spot about accepting and scanning collections. Total disgrace when it comes to customer service. Read the reviews. If you can't handle the parcels then don't offer the service.
Hi day to day, I bought a £6.99 iPhone charger yesterday evening (2/6/24). On purchasing the charger I was reassured that I wouldn’t need a receipt despite asking for one. I have used it once and after the first use the charging port snapped and stuck in my phone. I’ve since had to pay for the broken charger port to be removed. On attempting to return the cable today (3/6/24), I was offered the same cable. Of course I didn’t want this as the original cable broke so quickly. On requesting a refund the shop assistant had to phone his boss who then didn’t pick up the phone. I’m now £6.99 down with a broken phone charger. I’ve left this in the shop. Wouldn’t recommend for any tech items. Kind regards, Hannah.
There is an Indian or Pakistani man is so rude. Today, 6 April at 13:20 I went there to make two Amazon returns where Amazon told me that the package and label are not needed and he said that without the box and label he won't accept anything. Every time I go to this shop this man is always rude. The other guys are ok but he is really a person with a bad attitude. He's always with his AirPods and videos on his phone, and he gets angry for disturbing him.
Went in there today to top up gas and electricity and he refused to scan my code, he said it needs to be the code on the paper even though it’s more clear on the phone and it’s always been accepted. Even the last time I went he accepted it and all other shops accept it, he then rudely said next customer while I was talking and completely disregarded me, disgusting attitude and belittling me for no reason won’t be shopping there again disgusting behaviour towards customers
I tried to use their Evri service today. The man who was there was an absolute disgrace and a bully. He refused to take the first time my parcel without any proper explanation. He just found an excuse that the person who would collect would not be able to scan despite the ffact I had all the proper labels.I then removed one lable not to confuse s he was claiming and I asked him to scan it. And he still kept refusing to serve me without any proper reason . When I told him it is not his option who he decides to serve he told me he is not scanning my parcels. this man is a proper bully and abuses his power to satisfy himslsef. If I was a man Im sure he would not play these games. This man should not work here harassing others. And if he is the owner noone should buy from there.

Tried to use their EVRI packageless service to be told they don't do this and "I've been doing this for years nobody will accept a package less return". I even showed the email stating items do not need to be packaged but then sent on my way. I popped over to the the next Day Today express on Saxton road where they took the items no problem and were very helpful. The lad in this shop was clearly to lazy to accept the EVRI parcel.
Staff has a habit of bumping people out of their money bumped my friend out of £10 on a broken vape, other friend £3 on tobacco and £3 on me with my messages also young member of staff was very rude.
Great local shop and excellent customer service. Very clean and bright and you can get all your daily essentials here along with a huge range of other products including vapes, tobacco, sweet, drinks, crisps and groceries. They also have a great range of chilled and frozen products. You should definatley pop in and check them out.
