Went in for a Evri package and was a pain in the backside to get. If you don't want to do them why do it. Just focus on the shop instead.

The owner forgets that the ONLY reason he is in business is due to his customers which he should treat with respect and basic manners. Staff is helpful but his behaviour is rude and primitive! The least you can do when someone is trying to explain to you something with regards to an issue is LISTEN. I always have ID with me in the form of bank cards or driving license, in this instance I was trying to explain to you personally that I have a middle name which doesn't appear on some ID. But you wouldn't listen. You raise your voice and that's not acceptable! I bet you wouldn't dare to behave like that with a man. Such a shame, as some of the staff there have always been helpful, but not you. Will take my EVRI business elsewhere. All the best!
I received an email from Evri saying my parcel was delivered on the 11 of February. I went to collect the parcel few days later but the staff said it was not there and to come back the following day. I went again and once again the staff told me there was no parcel under my name. Today, I decided to call the shop (just before 14:24) and ask about my parcel, for the woman who was assisting me with my enquiry to talk bad about me with another colleague. She was complaying as according to her I have been calling everyday, and apparently my surname was also too hard for her, even tho it is only 5 letters. The funny thing is that the person on the phone sounded to be a foreign as well!!! Really bad costumer service!!! I am not going to use this shop to collect my parcels in the future.

Frequently running out of labels for the Hermes parcel machine meaning wasted repeat trips to the store. Also I'm pretty sure they're supplying water in place of hand sanitizer for public use at the store entrance, although I could be wrong - it could just be alcohol gel that's odourless, the viscosity of water and doesn't evaporate when you rub into hands.

Paypoint machine never back from getting fixed , cretin behind the counter thinks I'm stupid I saw her hand over a Scottish power card and receipt to the customer I'm front .
