   I was very surprised because I have copd and osteoporosis (thankfully my husband has no health issues) and yet the policy covers me for emergencies and repatriation for the amazing price of £663! Hopefully nothing goes wrong when we are in Australia for 7 weeks but at least I know we’re covered. Will definitely be using this insurance again.

   Arranged for elderly parents (82 & 74) - policy is perfect for long stay holidays (three months). Only one issue, three days after taking our policy I receive a discount offer via email!? A retrospective discount was declined - I wish companies would stop sending these emails given purchase or allow retrospective discounts for returning custom.

   The process of arranging cover was very straight forward and as a returning customer I was delighted to find that I did not have to repeat much of the data I had already given once more. I have never made a claim on Goodtogo so I cannot comment on their competence in that regard. Of course, I hope I never will have that need!!
