   Staff were brilliant as always, unfortunately the ceiling wasn’t up to par. With bits missing and it leaking, not only is it an eye sore but a health hazard for customers and staff. Very disappointing :(

   Would put 0 but can’t, went in earlier today (10/02/23) and there’s parts of the ceiling falling, holes in the roof, water dripping, completely unsafe and unprofessional to have the store open, putting staff and customers in danger! Poor show Superdrug, step it up! I really hope all the staff working stay safe whilst your ceiling collapses around them as they are the most lovely people I’ve met!

   Walked in and the ceilings have collapsed??? Water in buckets dripping for ceiling . So dangerous for customers and staff. Staff are being positive and lovely but can see worried. They keep apologising to me and other customers . Shopping and working conditions are terrible. Shop should be closed

   My all time favourite drug store that wins my heart when it comes to make up products, perfumes and other hygiene supplies. Reasonable prices offered, discounts always available, products on sale almost most of the time, wide range of collection, knowledgeable staff, student discount available and beauty card plus Superdrug points discount offered. I can recommend this store to everyone in a heartbeat. I love Superdrug.
