   I came into the store with a vague idea to purchase myself a fragrance, I was approached by Drew who kindly asked if I needed assistance, I gave her a general idea of what kind of fragrance I was looking for and she was able to give me multiple suggestions on things that she thought I would like. I left extremely happy with my purchase and had a fantastic experience in the store, thank you

   I went into this boots today (2/9/25) and I was served by a woman behind the counter called Moira (as per my receipt). She was very rude and unwelcoming. She treated me like i was something on the bottom of her shoe and i am not one to use the race card but she really made me feel like racism played a part in how she treated me. Especially because after she served me and walked away she had muttered something under her breath. I had also noticed her looking in disgust at a black family before i had went up to the counter and thought this was totally unacceptable. I am a regular customer in this boots and i have never had service like this, it made me feel really disappointed and upset. I hope this can be fixed for future customers and they dont experience the same service i did today.

   Was in store today, had an eyebrow pencil in my hand, reached into my bag for a tissue with my other hand and one of the ladies came rushing over to me asking if they could help me in a rather odd / rude manner. I replied, no your ok thanks. Obviously she thought I was going to steal this item which I wasn't just reached for a tissue in my bag. Was planning on buys a few items however this made me feel uncomfortable so I bought my two items and left abruptly. Won't be back! Shocking service!!!!

   Website prices for products I was purchasing were discounted online. This was not noted at the store shelves. I had to ask for a price check at the till. The store shelves should note the same prices as the website to avoid having to check in store. Store is clean, tidy and well laid out. Staff were professional and courteous.

   Visited the store today with my wife. The large sanitiser dispenser at the door was empty which meant all attempting to use it we’re touching the pump with unsanitised hands and not getting them sanitised. Basically much worse than if it did not exist. We raised this with the lady on the till who’s response was very poor to say the least. I put a basket over the dispenser to stop others attempting to use it. Very disappointed!

   With this being one of the bigger medical retailers there's a wider selection of stock. I got the hearing aid batteries I don't get in many small chemists. The staff were quite helpful too. Only thing I might say is that maybe Superdrug and Savers tend to have better deals for toiletries etc.

   Well sized Boots store. Helpful and friendly staff. Very good if you have a baby or toddler as they have a nice range of clothing and baby accessories/equipment.
