   Don’t come here if you want to sell your scrap gold or silver. They try to rip you off by paying less than 20% of the metal value. And when asking when they come up with such price the manager answers: “Do you know how much it costs to run this place?”. Seems like much more than reputation and customer retention. There are lots of different places in Glasgow where you can get close to spot price, but, unfortunately, that’s not one of this. Updated after reply back: If you base your price on intrinsic metal value as you say, then why for 25 silver Britannia which is bullion and has 999.9 pure silver you can only offer 20% of the metal value? Where did you get this price from? The inherited value of the metal is far more than you willing to offer. I didn’t give you any jewellery for appraisal, so what you replied to me is a blunt lie. Please, keep your policies in check and price accordingly.

   What a joke of a place ma mate paid a member ship and was half an hour late and had lost his table they still took payment and refused us entry disgusting behaviour from a company
