   Started off a very positive experience with Neil offering advice and being patient whilst we considered sofa style and fabrics. Unfortunately since then we have had delays with little explanation which is now resulting in over 16 weeks for delivery. Ordered early March and not expecting now until late June. Don't believe their lead in times as we were told 10 weeks. I could understand a few days or weeks but not an extra 6weeks. Edit. Leekes customer service did seem to chase the supplier, tried to expedite the order and kept us informed. In the end the delay was approx 4 weeks. With regards to the sofa and it's quality. We are very happy.

   We recently purchased a sofa from Park Furnishers Bristol. Neil was so helpful throughout and helped guide us to pick our new sofa in a calm manner which is not what we experienced elsewhere. Cannot compliment Neil enough on his advice and relaxed nature. We will definitely be returning for future purchases, it's rare these days to have a shop that does push you hard for a sale.    We found Park Furnishers staff very helpful and informative about all the beds for sale. Particularly Kieran Donaghy very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured into choosing a new bed and encouraged to lay on each bed until found correct one for us. We had last bought furniture over 30 years ago from Parks and were very pleased to experience the same very professional and friendly service we had all those years ago.

We were there to buy a leather recliner chair on Saturday 7th January 2023, he was so friendly and helpful in explaining the different models, and so patient! The staff know the products well and guide the customer through the many options available. The atmosphere is relaxed and encourages trying out the products to ensure the best choice.
