   Excellent experience buying Fatboy products from Marie. Great to deal with and prompt delivery. We had a problem at a later date, and Marie was extremely efficient and helpful at resolving it under the manufacturer's warranty. Could not have been better, will definitely buy from Oskar again.

   My wife and I stumbled upon this wonderful treasure chest of a shop on a weekend trip to Clifton. So glad we did! We had been searching for some fun chairs to go with our new dining table. We were spoilt for choice, in the end opting for 6 ‘bistro style’ chairs in bright hues. The chairs are lovely and suit the room perfectly. The shop itself has a wonderful selection of European interior design classics that you rarely find in this country. Can’t wait to return for another browse

   We contacted Oskar furniture as we were interested in ordering some items from Montana. From the first point of contact Marie was very professional and advised us on any technical questions we had. She is very knowledgeable about the products she sells and went above and beyond as we had a bit of back and forth while we finalised our order. Once the order was placed she kept us updated on the progress and estimated delivery dates. The items were delivered by Steve who came to us from Bristol and arrived on time as discussed. I would highly recommend Oskar furniture and it was a pleasure dealing with a Company who are so efficient and happy to ensure that their customers are 100% satisfied. Thanks again Marie & Steve.

   Absurdly pretentious, over priced and unwelcoming shop. As me and my wife looked at a light the lady rudely, loudly and in a very patronising tone asked us 'Do you know this lamp?' Yes, my dear it looks like all the lamps in Ikea... except it costs £600. As someone said below it felt like she didn't think we could afford her wares and didn't want us in her shop. We were genuinely looking for purchases so it's her loss I suppose.

   I love the products in this shop and was going to buy a lot of things there for my new flat. I only got as far as buying two sets of over-door hangers which did not fit my standard doors. I returned and asked for a refund and this was refused. They are selling things that are no use in UK and don't respect their customers enough to acknowledge this and refund. I got some from Robert Dyas that fit all my doors perfectly. Oskar are also over-priced. Their Kartel Companibili containers are identical and cheaper on Amazon and on Kartel website. I will never go there again and would advise others to avoid this shop.

   Great service. Have not visited the shop but online & phone contact was easy, responses quick and price was fair. Marie was up-front about uncertain timescales for delivery of goods shipped from Italy (ordered June 2020) , helpful when discussing options and providing written quote. Order was correct, delivered as arranged and undamaged, by a friendly driver.
