   Amazing quality and service. I had an excellent experience purchasing a coffee table from TR Hayes. Their customer service truly went above and beyond. The table was very fairly priced compared to others selling the same product, and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the process — providing all the information and measurements I needed. I had planned to arrange a courier to have the table delivered up north, but the owner kindly offered to deliver it himself while on a trip nearby — an amazing gesture that really shows their dedication to their customers. I would 100% recommend TR Hayes to anyone looking for quality furniture at fair prices and outstanding service.

   Traveled from Exmouth Devon, to visit my favourite furniture store having shopped there many times in the past, especially the clearance sale I purchased a superb Terran Truffle sofa.With the help of Ben and Caroline who found two California matching chairs plus an Taurus Lamp Table. These items here delivered on time 8.30 AM by Steve and Ben who were most helpful .I’m delighted with the service Thank you all at TR Hayes.

   Brought a glass coffee table from T R Hayes in Bath and when we got it home we noticed it was scratched. TRHayes offered to refund our payment or reduce the price without quibbling or question. We opted for a refund which they actioned immediately. GREAT SERVICE! Would definitely recommend and will use again!
