Very pleased with the service to date. Can update when the goods arrive as they are all bespoke made. As we are redesigning the entire living space we have visited the showroom on a number of occasions and Sara from the Clifton branch has been to our home and produced a very useful CGI to help us decide how it will all fit the space. All staff including the Exeter branch have been calm, kind and very helpful without being too pushy which gives one confidence in the quality and design of the products. Altogether a great experience and we look forward to the arrival of all the furniture in the New Year.
BoConcept have been fantastic throughout the entire process of ordering my sofa, from helping me pick out a custom configuration to showing me the fabrics in each light and answering all of the questions I had quickly, with expert knowledge and no pressure to order straight away. I spoke to Rula throughout who was kind and friendly and provided a brilliant experience - she was genuinely incredible at every stage and is one in a million!
Bo Concept provided contemporary design and styling for our home - the Bristol staff are outstanding. Their knowledge and expertise made choosing pieces for our home simple. What a professional creative team. We went to see some sofa's we liked the look of, and then after discussing our needs and the issues we were having creating the contemporary look we were after, Yasmin and Francesca came through with the whole creative look which we totally loved. We have just had them here to personally put all the furniture and accessories together in our room, and everything arrived with such supportive delivery staff too. A wonderful service and we have a fantastic modern open plan living space with very beautiful high-quality furniture which is exquisitely designed ... and has comfort and a warm look too. We would never have achieved this without the professional help from BoConcept and the ownership Yasmin and Francesca took to make sure it was right for us. We thoroughly recommend them. From our visit, the design and ordering process and site installation are totally professional and they are a pleasure to deal with.

Great service, beautiful products and great quality. New sofa for our TV room - colour is perfect and it's so comfortable. Matt Barker served us and kept us updated on progress throughout plus it arrived before Christmas which was a bonus. Highly recommend this shop, service is second to none.
Having recently moved into a new property with a roof terrace I started looking for outdoor furniture. Having purchased from Bo Concept in the past I had a look a their range. I really liked the style of the chairs and tables and order some from Bo Concept in Bristol. I spoke to Francesca who was professional and efficient. She kept me informed with delivery dates etc and I am so pleased with the furniture. The service was impeccable and I'll be using the store in the future. I would highly recommend the company and this particular store I've added some pics as everyone who comes over remarks on the table and chairs. All in all great company, great quality, great price and the Bristol store were spot on.
