Good experience purchasing a carpet from Kustom. Firstly nice to support a local shop, The advice and choice of carpet was excellent. The best part was the fitting service - the fitter completed a first class job for a difficult area, was very polite and a pleasure to have in our house
Absolutely great service from Kustom, I cannot recommend them enough. They came to fit carpet on my landing and stairs, the price was staggeringly good compared to other quotes I had, the carpet is fantastic quality and fitted very well in a timely and professional manor. The fitter Kevin was a credit to the business and went the extra mile to make sure the job was completed to the best standard.
So pleased with our new Karndean Art Select Spring Oak floor. Superb service from start to finish from all the staff at Kustom especially Lauren who was super helpful. Oscar the fitter did a brilliant job with the installation working a solid 12 hour day to get the job completed.. we truly would not go anywhere else for our flooring.

We recently had most of our ground floor covered with Karndean Herringbone flooring, the experience from start to finish was exceptional. A big thankyou to Baz, Lizzie and Lauren who looked after us and kept us informed and updated throughout. Our fitter arrived early on the Monday morning and worked solidly everyday until Friday when he finished, Stew did a fantastic job and his attention to detail was exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend Stew and the Downend Kustom team.
Great service and good products. Needed new kitchen and bathroom flooring. Gaz came out to provide a quote that day and fitting took place the next week. Martin provided the fitting service and was friendly and professional and even helped fix a small bit of laminate from a previous job that had lifted slightly.

Stew who was our fitter was superb, explained everything in detail from the prep work, to the actual fitting and any finer details. He worked his socks off to not only finish the job in a couple of days but to deliver a quality finish, we are so happy with Stew who is a real asset and to Kustom Floors as a whole. Our new extension/dining room, kitchen and hallway was completed in three days as promised and at the agreed price. Everyone we dealt with were very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were very impressed with the quality of the Kardean flooring and the final result look fabulous! Excellent group of people to work with!
