Ryszard Was super helpful when it came to looking for our bed. He asked us what we were looking for and wanted, showing us the different types they had. We went back the next weekend and have bought the bed!!! Hopefully the delivery is as good as the customer service!
Brilliant shop over in Bristol. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. However when it comes to delivery, they have already missed the delivery date and the customer service phone number just cuts out, there is no online chat service. It would be great if we could actually get our product. Such a shame as the staff were great and the sofas seem a good quality.
Spencer from the Bristol store helped me and my partner find a new bed. We were totally blindsighted and not sure where to look, he was amazing from start to finish ! If you aren't sure how to chose a mattress ask him about car engines and he will be sure to make you aware of how the different mattresses' quality with spring ratios works in a very easy to understand way. Couldn't recommend any more, I never thought I would be excited to sleep !!
