Woodstock have been fantastic! Mark is incredibly knowledgeable and helped us to select a new fire, heath and mantel. We needed the fire installed on a specific date so Mark worked with Rob (the fitter) to accommodate the tight timeline. Rob was also brilliant, taking care to ensure minimal mess and disruption during the install, and he also fixed a crack in the chimney flaunching whilst up on the roof. Brilliant service from Woodstock and I would certainly recommend, we are delighted with the new fire (Classic Buddy 5 Wide).
I had a multi-fuel burner fitted by Mark from Woodstock and his fitter, Rob. From enquiring and having it fitted it was a simple and very quick process. Mark invoiced me and sourced all the resources and made a recommendation on stoves. We went for a Bristol company, StoveBuddy and the classic 5 wide which Mark had in stock. The price was very competitive and the invoice included all parts and the installation costs. Once I’d paid the deposit, Rob the fitter got in touch and came round to visit the house and within days he’d started the process! Mark stayed in touch and answered any questions and gave me a lead time on anything he needed to order such as the hearth slate and reproduction of wood lintel. Rob was friendly, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I gave him keys and he came and went as needed and he had the stove completely fitted in 2.5 days. He was trustworthy and methodical. He protected all the furniture and carpet and cleaned up throughout meaning there was no sign of him ever being there! The burner looks amazing in-situ and Rob went through use and how to light a fire and ensured we were HETAS compliant. I would recommend Woodstock, Mark and Rob to anybody considering a wood burner. They are competitive on price and got the work done in a timely manner. They communicated well and kept me updated throughout. Can’t recommend enough.
We are so incredibly happy with our bespoke kitchen island. Mark and his team offered expert advice, support and workmanship. We were able to maximise the island size with Woodstock whereas with other ‘bespoke’ and overpriced companies, we could only have ‘standard’ sizes. The communication throughout was excellent and our island was with in situ within a matter of weeks. I 100% recommend using Woodstock for your kitchen installation!
Mark and Jake were wonderful! They answered all my questions (and I had a lot!) as well as made me feel reassured throughout the process. We had a kitchen designed and made by them for our first home, so it was quite an overwhelming experience, but they were always quick to respond to any questions. It was also great as Jake came to the house to measure everything as well as to ensure that everything would work well. They even added an extra drawer under the oven to create a more balanced design. Once we had checked over the design, they got to work and the kitchen was ready even before we were ready! The finish of the quality cabinets is lovely (we have had so many positive comments!) and we love how the colour has gone on. We were also very happy that we could support a local business which had reasonable prices without compromising on quality. We were also really impressed with the fitter that Woodstock had recommended - Phil did an excellent job especially as we had very wonky walls! The service was excellent, the quality of the products superb and the finish beautiful - we would definitely recommend Woodstock! Thank you Mark and Jake.
Really impressed with the service I received from Woodstock with regard to the woodburner and installation (plus removal of existing gas fire) I recently purchased from them. Price was competitive and lead in from order to fitting a lot more reasonable than some other companies I contacted. Thanks to Mark and Rob for a great job.
Superb handmade kitchen from Woodstock. Mark the owner has a designers eye to ensure every detail is covered when choosing your new kitchen. Price is very competitive when compared to some of the major kitchen suppliers, remember these kitchens are built to last a lifetime.
Fireline FQ5W multi stove From start to finish, about 3-4weeks. Very professional, 2 days fitting with minimal mess. Easy to use, lights first time every time and very happy with it. Once it's going we find we're watching the fire rather than the TV. Have already recommended.

Review of Kitchen sink unit from Mark at Woodstock We recently decided to completely renovate our kitchen. We looked at numerous fitted kitchens and weren’t entirely happy with any. Then we found Woodstock in Bristol on line. We drove there to see what bespoke furniture could offer. There we met Mark who was most helpful and understood exactly what we were looking for. We decided to have a made to measure bespoke unit for the kitchen. Mark was most helpful at every stage of the process, when we emailed him with queries along the way he always responded the same day. All the times he gave us were precise and our kitchen unit arrived on the scheduled date. After fitting, we were delighted with our unit which fitted the space exactly to plan.
