   I ordered a desk through Amazon, but unfortunately only part of it arrived. After speaking with Amazon, I was referred to the supplier, TC Group. From what I understood, they don’t usually send out missing or replacement parts directly, however, they were incredibly helpful in my case and went out of their way to sort the issue for me. Eloisa in particular was brilliant. She arranged for the missing desktop to be sent out quickly and at no extra cost, and kept me updated throughout. I’m really grateful for her help and excellent customer service. Top marks to TC Group and to Eloisa, thank you very much!

   We recently had our Office Fitted out by The Furniture Guys Limited and they supplied Various Products from TC Group. The Prices and Service were excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again especially as some of the items were at short notice. They also took away all the rubbish after fitting it .

   Supply of Calypso operators chair meeting DSE requirements : I bought the chair from Furniture Cloud and TC supplied them. Chair of good quality and prcie. Has adjustment for full DSE requirements without arm rests.delivery was fine but there was a missing piece. Sales team at TC resolved easily and were easy todeal with and communicate by email. Would use again
