Nikki was super helpful without being pushy. With her help we ordered a lovely new chaise sofa and footstool.
We're so pleased with our Wadenhoe sofa & Rye chair. The customer service was impeccable. Gabriella was incredibly helpful with choosing sofa styles, fabric samples and chatting through ideas for both the sofa & chair. We visited the shop 3 times before our final choice and when we were feeling overwhelmed by decision making we were given reviving cups of tea & biscuits! Would highly recommend this shop.
Good quality products BUT.....we had an issue with our sofa that hadn't been finished correctly, which caused the material inside to rip. This required a visit from a repairer to rectify. And also our arm chair has an issue with the cushion which is awaiting another visit for a repair. So, slightly disappointing and at this price point, these issues should not be occurring. Sofa’s and Stuff were initially a bit difficult with me when reporting this, but after throwing my 'toys out of the pram' a bit, they have been okay, albeit with quite a few phone calls et cetera. Theirs product very good but check everything carefully and look out for any issues. But overall, we love our sofa, stool and armchair. I would buy from them again.
We visited multiple sofa shops sitting on every sofa, and the ones in sofas and stuff were by far the most comfortable and best looking, so we made our order in store straight away. Nikki helped us choose fabric for our favourite sofa while giving our dog Oscar attention too, and later sorted our delivery logistics. A couple of months later and the sofas were delivered carefully via our back garden by their own team who also made sure to apply felt pads and show us how to plump up the cushions. The whole experience was perfect.
We are thrilled with our two sofas, we chose the fabric together with Nikki in the shop and we now have two completely bespoke items. They look great and are very comfortable. Service from start to finish was exceptional. Nikki was fantastic, as was the delivery team. We even got our sofas early!

Staff could not have been be more helpful! Good range of designs. Great range of fabrics for sofas and chairs. Just missed 5 stars as for me, the cushion interiors are rather too soft, but that is personal preference.
I am very pleased with the help given to me by Gabriella in choosing the materials for my new sofas, she helped me on 2 occasions and was very patient! Very relieved when they arrived in perfect condition, better looking than l imagined too. The Delivery Drivers were excellent too efficient and helpful. There were some muddles with pricing, as l had various additions, but this was soon rectified.
