   We have very sepcific requirement for our bed, we want a lower bed, no head or end board, with storage room underneath, also we don't like soft mattress. And Futon Company has provided the perfect solution for us, the bed is in such a good quality, very solid, and it's super easy to put together, everything slotted in place perfectly. The mattress was deliveryed flat, not like many other roled up ones oftened have problems recover to shape. There are three types of mattress you can choose, we ordered Comfort Mattress, the hardest one, and it did come a bit harder than we expected, so if you are not used to sleep on the floor, maybe worth going for the second or third option. We are still very happy about it as we can easily put some toppers on it to make it softer, whilst you can't make a soft matterss harder. We also ordered two tatami mats, we really like the good quality of them and the smell of them is so nice too. Also, the staffs from Bristol shop were extremely kind and helpful during the process, we really appreciate their service. The delivery company they are using was punctual, polite and helped us carry all these heavy stuff upstairs, super good!

   Well, a great experience from start to finish! It started with a visit to the shop in Bristol, as we are very reluctant to buy seating without trying it first. We were after an oak snuggler and an oak double sofa bed. Both were on display and Ray was very helpful in explaining the various options. After our visit, Ray sent us a quotation, and after some adjustments, we placed our order. Before parting with my money, I did some ‘due diligence’, reading reviews and checking out the company on the Companies House website. Nothing of concern found, happily. Our delivery arrived within 10 days of placing the order. Unfortunately, one item had suffered slight transit damage, but a satisfactory resolution was agreed after a phone call to Ray in Bristol. Assembly was quick and straightforward with two people. We were very impressed with the clever design and high quality construction of both the snuggler and sofa bed. Both are very comfortable in use, and we are extremely pleased with our items. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience of dealing with the Futon Company, and can recommend them without hesitation.

   Bought a console table and bench online last week, took table out of box and put together and couldn't slide table to open out phoned for help and managed to get it to slide open once and now struggling to open again its so heavy and just sticks so impractical,so haven't been able to use so so disappointed,phoned up this morning and been told can't return because it's been put together. My question is how would I know how difficult it is to open the table up without putting it together? The table has never been used or likely to be.

   Really beautiful furniture at reasonable prices for the quality. Gorgeous colour wood. The staff were really helpful when I had bought the wrong size item. Lovely shop to be able to see the range online up close, I would recommend a visit!!

   Every single piece of flat pack I’ve ever purchased here turns out to be flimsy and poorly manufactured. Last time I complained about flat pack I didn’t get a refund as most of it went for some fee. Utter joke of a company.

   Friendly and welcoming staff that makes shopping here so easy and homely. Love how the staff have designed the shop to fit so many unique forms of furniture, which neatly and functionally intermingle, celebrating the utilisation of small spaces. This place has become a favourite in Bristol. I purchased a lounging chair, solid wood stool and desk chair that are incredibly good quality for the price. I’ve just finished a simple assembly process and now happily sitting on them. Love the wood, wood, wood. So beautiful.

   Amazing shop - got most of my furniture from there and quality is fantastic, easy to put up and looks lovely! The guys that work there are super friendly and are happy to help and chat :) Definitely recommend - will have to stop my self eventually buying the whole store…

   This is not a review for this particular store, but a review about their sofa bed. I don't recommend it because it's highly uncomfortable. It's uneven, super heavy, and noisy. I've had mine for probably over 5 years and I'm finally giving up. The screws get loose constantly, but I now can't even tighten it because the nuts are worn down (the metal is too soft). Also, the part where the nut is fitted is too small to fit in a wrench so I can't tighten it anymore. Overall, the quality of the frame is poor. The futon itself is good though, which is why I gave it 3 stars.

   Found the staff in store very helpful for the week or so it took us to decide which sofa to buy. They talked me through all the different futon options and the fabric choices. In the end we went for the Rondo 3-seater sofa bed. It turned out that it was faster to wait 10 days for the sofa to be delivered to the shop and pay a local man-with-a-van that Futon Company Bristol use frequently to deliver it to my door for £35 cash in hand. Incidentally that’s the same price they charge to deliver it from their warehouse. Unfortunately when it did arrive one of the pieces had a large splinter coming off it (must have happened in factory as the packaging was undamaged. I couldn’t be bothered waiting for a replacement so I opted to glue the splinter back down myself and let the shop know. They refunded me the £35 courier fee which I was perfectly happy with. The sofa itself was very easy to construct. It took me about 45 minutes to do muddle and it is super comfy both in the sofa and bed. Quality feels excellent and it looks nice and stylish. Essentially it’s posh IKEA!
