We had a consultation in Bristol Sharps with Hilary, she was welcoming and informative but we never felt pressured, excellent service so we booked a quotation appointment at our convenience.
We were well received by Hilary, who gave us a good introduction to the options and booked our design appointment at a time convenient to us just 3 days later. The showroom was smaller than I had expected, but was well set-out with examples so we could see the quality of workmanship.

Me and Richard went to the showroom Whiteladies Road and we met a lady called Hilary. She was very helpful and she’s passed us on to the designer team that gonna come to our house to design our bedroom for us.
Expect to pay around £16,000+ full price for a wardrobe wall to wall, the price of a new car! We weren't even sent the design by email as promised. We found Way Bedrooms to be a third of the price, more personalised and more bespoke.
Appalling experience and customer service, never again, shame because the wardrobes are actually nice.
I have used these on two of my houses and I’m impressed every single time! I really do think they are great at what they do however they are very expensive and yes you get what you pay for but does put you off a bit when it’s so much.
The fitter was excellent. The furniture is excellent. All in all, very satisfied.
