   We ordered a 5 seat corner sofa from Sofa Magic and couldn't be happier with the finished product. We were looking for a high quality sofa that would last for years to come which Sofa Magic have delivered on. The team were very helpful & knowledgeable during the design stage and kept us up to date with the timeline to delivery. The choice of fabric is extensive! We highly recommend Sofa Magic.

   We are delighted with this loose chair cover made from a cotton ticking fabric for our old Maskreys chair. the cover is beautifully made fitting neatly around the arms of the chair and stays in place when when in use.

   I needed to replace some beautiful Sofa Magic curtains damaged at the dry cleaners, so with Andy’s help found some pretty linen-look curtains with a delicate floral weave (see pic - cushion also Sofa Magic’s). Scott then helped me source a linen remnant for a Roman blind for a different room. A big thank you likewise to the very helpful fitter for carrying out his work so efficiently. All completed in 6 weeks from placing the order.

   I can’t recommend Sofa Magic highly enough. I’d already had these chairs re-upholstered last year elsewhere in Bristol but I wasn’t happy with the quality of the work and didn’t completely love the colour so I decided to have another go. I was nervous about making such a big investment a second time and Andy did a fantastic job of resisting me and being attentive throughout the process. He helped me shortlist a couple of fabrics then I was sent samples to look at in situ which arrived with pictures of that fabric as curtains and upholstery to give a better sense of how it looks large scale. Collection went smoothly and the work was done really quickly. When they arrived home a week later they looked fantastic, the quality of the work is excellent and there were some little touches like a second row of piping above the legs at the front that stand out. I am absolutely delighted and so glad I decided to try again. These chairs have been in my family since at least the 1950’s and this will give them a new lease of life for many more years.

   We've just had a new sofa from Scott and his team, within 5 weeks of ordering, and we're very pleased with the product and the service. We have purchased from Sofa Magic before and have appreciated their help on colours and fabrics and the quality of the sofas is excellent. We had an old chesterfield re-furbished recently too, and it's now as good as new.

   It's with sadness that I need to write to say how disappointing my experience with Sofa Magic has become. It all started so well and I have spent a lot of money with them over the years. I have also introduced many friends to them who have also spent a lot of money. My last order was a recovering of my sofa and a new bed. The cushion covers were too small and split and the bed frame broke instantly and resulted in torn fabric also. This was probably two years ago and still today despite many many messages and calls the problems are not resolved and the phone calls and emails now go unanswered. Such a shame as could be great - It would be lovely to hear from them!

   I specifically asked for the back height to be just below the level of the window sill, so the radiator beneath would not be visible - it is not. As a result of this I cannot lean back in comfort; it is too low to support my shoulders. Initial emails I sent about this and the fact that the cushions do not align at the front were ignored. Eventually I was offered scatted cushions! Very disappointed.

   I received great service from Sofa Magic. They helped me choose and source fabrics, including one that I had found from elsewhere, came to the house to check the measurements of the window and then made and fitted beautiful velvet drapes. They also reupholstered 2 armchairs in a matter of days. I am delighted with my new sitting room. I would certainly use Sofa Magic again. They were recommended to me and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends.
