Non existent customer service. They cancelled my policy and decided to inform me 6 days after they did, despite my unanswered emails and the fact my app showed that my policy was still up and running. I was driving with a cancelled policy for 6 days without my knowledge because they did not accept my NCB despite on their automated email that states that if you dont hear from them in 7 days consider that the proof that has been accepted. After 20 days they cancelled my insurance and on top of that charged me £28. I said I was not going to pay the debt and now they sent it to CARS. I will be taking them to the citizens advise bureau as companies like this one should not be allowed to sell insurance.
Customer contact is an absolute kind and farce. Obviously and micilously made so it's harder for customers to sort and amend policies and sort bills. Dunno how you pass insurance regulatory bodies without having an inplace customer contact line that doesn't loop you back to the same place you started

Not able to change the employment status on .y policy without cancelling it and doing a new policy, which, of course, was going to cost me extra in fees. So I just went somewhere else with better service and better options, someone that you could change most things on your policy for free with.
