Big up to Steakman and Co. Demolished the quadzilla at this place. Was 10/10. Steak was just how I wanted it, Proper juicy steak and fries tasted good. Green sauce was spectacular. Was so focused on the food I forgot to get a drink. Will definitely be back for more. Recommended! - AliTheReal
Some meady portions, £12 for steak and chips and the yute told me it’s a xtra £2 for sauce over it not a seperate sauce pot.. portion size was actually shocking
We were really looking forward to trying this after seeing it all over social media. We asked for the steak to be medium but unfortunately it came out quite overcooked and very chewy. I appreciate that it might have been because it was really busy, but it was definitely not cooked as requested. The rosemary salted fries and green sauce were lovely and would’ve complimented the steak perfectly if it hadn’t been so overdone and but overall the steak was disappointing. I would maybe give it another try on a more quieter day.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been coming to On Fries since it first opened, and it’s been amazing watching the business grow. Run by Nigel but has Cam and Kyle always delivering top service. Honestly, it’s the best steak and fries I’ve had cooked perfectly every time and topped off with their signature green sauce, which I now buy to use at home! Can’t wait to start pairing it with other meals because it works so well with steak. Highly recommend
