Called to rebook an appointment. Have been transferred twice and on hold for 2 hours. Got tired, called the front desk again, different receptionist picked up. Asked if everything is okay, cause we are on hold to that department for 2 hours now. The receptionist checks what time they open, turns out they open in 10 minutes from our current call. Why didn’t 2 ladies, who transferred us before that check if the department is already working or not? The third receptionist has done that immediately, asked us to call back in 10 minutes when they’re working, but 2 ladies before that couldn’t? Ridiculous. Would’ve saved us 2 hours and a huge migraine. One of them put us on hold without even saying anything. Quite unprofessional. Edit: we called when they were open, 1.5 hours on hold and no one picked up. Still. I guess you just need a miracle for them to pick up at all.

Took my mums hearing aids in this morning for their 1st service so I had no idea what to expect or where to go. I went to reception and asked the male receptionist where I had to go, his reply " how are we going to know whose those are" I said pardon and he repeated and said they should be in a bag, I said I didn't think the letter said anything and replied, " it would have" he had a bad manner and I asked him not to be so rude he said he was trying hard not to be. He needs to learn some customer service. He gave me sn envelope and I wrote all my mums details on it, how hard was that?? I realise in hind sight that I should've put them in something but caring for a 98 year old and getting the ear plugs to the hospital was a mad rush in the morning and it was the 1st time. He needs to learn some patience and be helpful not belligerent. There was a nice man on reception when I picked them up at 4pm. I will go to Keynsham from now on.

I wanted to visit the memorial for Eddie Cochran, this is the hospital where they took Eddie on that fateful night. Very moving & tranquil just to sit quiet, with your thoughts of this amazing young man….

I've been trying to move an appointment on 4 separate occasions and unable to get through. I'm actually quite shocked at the disgusting manner in which I have just been spoken to by the receptionist / switchboard woman today on 16th April 17:32. I've never come across someone so curt and rude in my life, and then hanging up on me too, especially when I had been more than polite! I can only think that I had pronounced 'dieticians' incorrectly - if that could be considered a reason?! Aside from this, the dietician I have seen has been more than compassionate and very kind in her approach. I would thoroughly recommend her.
