During my appointment, the doctors were very nice. The visit was supposed to last an hour but was delayed by about 15 minutes. Apart from that, the previous medications didn't work and my symptoms returned, with increased severity. I was given the same medications... I don't recommend it. The NHS should eliminate these services and fire the doctors who check Google to see what they should prescribe.

Lovely Hospital. Lovely kind, patient and person centred staff. Very Clean. Easy to find your way around. Lots of parking. Lots of room to sit down. Wheelchairs available. Always happy to talk to you and reassure you.

Wonderful nursing team. They were overwhelmingly busy in there and yes there was a wait, only to be expected, yet I saw and received nothing except wonderful help and professionalism. Thank you to you all. Its appreciated.

My wife was unfortunate enough to have to visit Minor Injuries Unit on the morning of 25/07/2025 for Treatment to a leg injury. Arrived at 8.30 and initial assessment carried out at 8.45. Was taken back in at 10 o'clock for X-ray and eventually Treatment. All Staff in the Unit were Professional and Friendly. Follow up visit this morning 27/07/2/25. Couldn't speak highly enough of them.

This review is about the Minor Injuries Unit. I visited today. I was in pain and apprehensive. The nurse practitioner that saw me was called Geoff. He was wonderful. He new what he was doing. He was confident, but in a calm way. I walked in in pain, I came out feeling so so much better after my thumb had been cut in to and all the pus removed. Very, very happy with Geoff.

Just wanted to say a massive Thankyou to Stroud Minor Injuries unit for their help and kindness when my one year old launched herself off the bed last weekend! They were so attentive and thorough with their checks, and the whole process was so easy, despite the stressful situation. Thanks so much.

Very impressed with the minor injuries unit at Stroud A&E. I thought I had just sprained my foot but the lovely nurses put me in a wheelchair & the x-ray showed I had broken the 4th metatarsal bone in my foot. Such caring & helpful nurses & I only had a 5 minute wait; wonderful NHS staff.

I went for my 12 week pregnancy ultrasound this morning. It was one of the best healthcare experiences I have ever had. Kathryn Carpenter who did the ultrasound was an absolute pro. Our images are so clear, all our family and friends have commented how excellent they are. We even saw our babies brain, and stomach; which I gather does not always happen. Kathryn was professional and friendly throughout. The reception staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. The hospital was clean and airy. A really tranquil place as hospitals go! I recently moved to Stroud from London and was apprehensive about what care I would receive but this experience has really given me confidence. A world away from what you hear on the news regarding the nhs. I just hope that we can better fund the nhs and it's workers, so more experiences like this can take place.
