I emailed this clinic regarding a large deeply embedded wood splinter in my thumb which had been there for 6 weeks with no sign of coming out on its own as the entry point had healed over and there was no sign of infection but quite painful at times. I was motivated to do this after having received a very negative response on the matter via a telephone conversation with my GP! I received an almost instant reply email from the clinic which provided me with very constructive advice on how the matter should be resolved - which indeed it was the very next day - a fantastic service.
