Wow! Massage with Sophie was certainly an experience. I was on a mat, shiatsu style, and was pushed, pulled, squashed and stretched. Sometimes it tested my boundaries, but I was able to stay with it. I asked for a pummelling. I got what I needed and was left feeling very alive. The words "garlanded stars" came into my head from nowhere.
