The receptionist was SO rude when I called. I have a repeated prescription that I have been collecting every month for 3 years and she scolded me because I haven't been calling them to pointlessly request it every month. Really don't need to be spoken to like I'm her child.
I just phoned and was treated very badly , I explained I'm having a mental health crisis and the lady just hung up the call, she didn't have even a second for me , absolutely a disgusting thing to do

worst surgery I’ve been registered to, receptionists give information that contradict other receptionists there, also don’t let the single male doctor they have there dismiss your feminine issues because of his own lack of knowledge, request to talk to someone else and push, because lots of dismissive staff here.
