Saw Ethan today as an emergency, had severe toothache for the last three weeks and no sleep for the last 2 nights. Had an extraction. It was the first time I’ve seen him and he went above and beyond for my needs and not once questioned anything. It’s greatly appreciated and highly recommend to anyone who goes here. Thank-you!

I had a tooth extraction with these lovely people and they made it so easy and comfortable for me. From the 10/10 service in the reception to the professionalism and skill of the Dentists. Would highly recommend. Thank you to Ilina and Diana too, great people and place.

After more than 20 years as a patient at Queen’s Square Dental Practice, my family and I have sadly decided to move elsewhere. I had always been very happy with the care provided by the practice, but my recent experiences were deeply disappointing. During my daughter’s treatment there was poor communication around her extraction, which caused unnecessary confusion and distress. More concerning was the unprofessional way the dentist spoke to my husband and daughter afterwards. When I attended my own appointment, she greeted me by saying, “You complained about me,” which I found extremely inappropriate and unsettling. As long-standing patients, we no longer feel comfortable continuing with the practice. It’s a real shame after so many years of positive experiences.

I have never felt compelled to leave a review for an NHS healthcare service before, but I was genuinely surprised by the experience I had at this practice. I chose to register with Queens Square Dental after searching extensively for an NHS dentist, but unfortunately my visit was completely unsettling. My initial appointment felt rushed and unprofessional. The dentist did not seem willing to listen or answer my questions, and I felt so uncomfortable that I decided to leave. My new patient consultation lasted no more than 10 minutes, with some quick X-rays and only a brief visual check of my teeth that lasted perhaps no more than 15 seconds. I had a few questions regarding a previous wisdom tooth extraction (which had been carried out at another practice). Rather than a constructive discussion, the response I received felt extremely defensive and dismissive. I would have completely understood if the dentist preferred not to comment on another practice’s work — however, it did not seem to be about that. It simply felt as though there was no willingness to help. By the time any offer of treatment was made, I no longer felt comfortable proceeding. It’s so disappointing to have to write this, especially as finding an NHS dentist in 2025 is already so challenging. I hope this experience is not representative of the practice as a whole, but based on my visit, I would advise potential patients to proceed with great caution.
