   I had quite a disappointing experience here recently. After waiting several weeks to get a GP appointment, I arrived on time but ended up waiting another 15 minutes to be seen. Once I was in the room, I felt like the GP wasn’t really listening to what I was saying. Most of my concerns were quickly dismissed and instead of offering proper medical insight, she simply googled the topic, clicked on the first result, and started reading it out loud to me. It felt condescending and unprofessional. She did at least book me in for a blood test, which I appreciated, but I never heard back with the results. I had to chase them up myself by phone. Maybe that’s normal procedure, but it would have been good to be told. Overall, I left the appointment feeling unheard and frustrated. Would really appreciate a more thoughtful and patient centred approach in future.

   Beehive surgery is a lot better than st Michael surgery because of better staff and service. I can feel their passion to see patients and kind reception willing to answer your questions as they know to help you, just doing great as their position. Definitely one of the surgery u are looking for.
