Have tried to book with them several times. NEVER have they ever answered the phone, and return the call so late that you end up booking with someone else in the meantime!
I recently I developed vertigo which was really persistent and affected me quite badly. I had two sessions with Kathryn who was lovely. Very thorough and sympathetic and inspired confidence. She did a couple of special manoeuvres for the vertigo and sorted it. I’m so grateful for her expertise and would not hesitate to see her again. I highly recommend her.
Just to my 3.5 year old to check something. Leila was lovely and quietly observant from the get go, great at playfully engaging my kid in order to assess him. And clearly explained the prognosis and exercises we could do to support our kid. I would definitely recommend.
I saw Kathryn in late 2022 after suffering from BPPV following a brain injury. She was warm, professional and amazing at what she does. She explained everything and reassured me every step of the way and made me feel totally comfortable. Would recommend her to anyone and would definitely come back if required.

I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to get value from their money. The staff are incompetent and rude. They are not organised in any way and they do not fulfil the job expected. I booked this appointment after being informed it was an hour session with an assessment and treatment. I feel defrauded of money as the appointment only lasted 30 mins due to a receptionist mix up and then was still charged £50 for the session. Completely unacceptable. The directors are the staff and to be quite honest the one I have spoken with is very rude. You’re better off going somewhere else and getting the job done properly.
I am just utterly impressed with Louise from Bradley Stoke Physio. I went to see her with a bad back that I had tried to get treated by several other people... Louise found the root of the problem straight away and I felt better straight away... After three treatments in total I am 'fixed' - at least for the time being - and my back feels better than it has for a long time. Louise is friendly, thoughtful and really knows her stuff. She told me what to expect and explained my options every step of the way and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Thank you for making such a difference
