Wasn't told I had to park in another carpark for lego expedition and walk through, no signs once in UWE campus on where I should go so I just drove around until I found it. The staff trying to sort the parking were completely lost on wat to do. The organisers next time need to organise this better with clear easy to see and follow and where to actually park! The £11 entry fee a little steep for basically retailers selling some very expensive limited additions lego sets. With a few lego bits out on display, being a small hall you could see everything just looking through the door, I was expecting more displays of interesting lego builds in a much bigger hall. The interactive lego led session didn't have enough tables so if your not an Olympic running you want get a seat. Two very disappointed kinds, Only saving grease for kids was the lego tables the kids could free build. Just over 1hr £110 worse off buying Minecraft lego for the boy, we had done everything and went home feeling a little ripped off spending £44. Definitely wasn't worth the ticket price. Won't be going again.

The gym itself is very average nothing at all to write home about. Most of the staff (not all of them) are very pretentious and not the kindest especially to people who just started going to the gym which isn't the best for first years. Apparently they're strict on what you wear to the gym but don't include that in the induction video you're forced to watch but instead condescendingly tell you as you're in the gym. Will be cancelling my membership for sure. But it's good for booking move sessions or booking badminton courts and others.

Complex has lots of facilities, gym, squash, basketball, pilates and many.. gym part has lots of useful tools, maybe in busy times not lots of space but arranging a good time you can have very nice/efficient workouts there. Also it is very clean place and people are very careful socially distancing and cleaning tools after using.. Staff are very helpful too..

Overcrowded and over-priced. It is costing me £18 per month for a gym with minimal machines and space. I cannot workout during the day as it is often too crowded so I have to go after dinner instead. Maybe if there were more machines or some more space in the bench area then it wouldn't' be as bad. Some thing that I would improve: - add dedicated raised platforms for deadlifts - transform one of the bench areas for a deadlift area - add a cable rows machine If there was more space or less treadmills you could add even more stuff. The staff are very nice though. Always smiling and happy to help you with anything!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Home of the UWE Jets basketball club. Multi-use sports halls with two full size basketball courts. Overlapping markings as standard for UK basketball venues. Ceiling mounted hoops with good rims and glass backboards. Wall mounted scoreboards with player personal foul displays. Floor shot clocks available on request. Small car park but usually able to get a space without issue. If officiating you need to use the buzzer to get through the barrier to the car park.

Staff are really rude.....I went for an induction at this gym the guy who walked me around just came across as if he couldn’t be asked. Also told me to put my stuff in the locker and said ‘you should of been told that’ but clearly I hadn’t been told when I went to reception. I asked him where the lockers were but it seemed to be too much effort for this guy to show me where the lockers were.....thankfully I found them. After my induction I asked the receptionist do I just come in and pay as you go at reception to use he gym and she said yes. No other information was given to me. I then went to this gym for a second time and reception couldn’t find my name on their system, there was no sorry and the receptionist came across as if I was lieing about coming in for an induction last week. The receptionist asked if I’d filled out a form which I said no because I wasn’t told to do one. The receptionist proceeded to say you ‘should of been told that’ which seems to be the gyms motto to blame the customer for their employees not knowing what they are doing. They finally found me under the wrong surname, the receptionist told me as if I should have known my surname was spelt wrong?! I explained that I assumed the girl I spoke to on the phone to book the induction wrote my name down correctly as she didn’t ask me to spell it. Eventually I got a sorry but the receptionist kept repeating that I should of filled out a form....which I was eventually given to complete. I’ve literally been to this place twice and both times I’ve been made to feel like it’s my responsibility as a customer to know their processes. If they were more helpful and less rude I wouldn’t be so bothered but both experiences have made me not want to go back.
