   I went here for dinner tonight and unsurprisingly all the positive reviews on Google are rightly so. I ordered 3 course. Prawn and Chorizo, Lamb Rumb and cheesecake for dessert. Loved it! The service was very fast but not rushed, price was cheaper than other restaurants in the area such as An Nam nearby. I paid 34.95 for 3 courses and 2 pints of beer. Beer selection was good too. Good atmosphere too, like a nice big tv to watch news and sports. I'll give 5 stars for most things but drop a star for food because my lamp rump was a little burnt and my potatoes arrived when I was nearly finished with main. That's nothing though. Still great service and value for money. I maybe be back although I'm not around for too much longer. One last great thing to note is I'm not staying at the hotel but they still served me after knowing this.

   Popped in for dinner as we were staying at the nearby Premier Inn. The service was really good considering that there were several Christmas functions being held on the hotel. The food was great and served very quickly.

   Excellent Stay, great staff and good food and drinks, thanks to the reception staff for sorting the rooms out for us. Very professional housekeeping staff. Overall great hotel, close to local restaurants and public transportation.

   Came specifically for the scones and clotted cream and jam. Not on the menu, just ask for them. They are served fresh and warm. Excellent!
