   This is the perfect place to go when you spend a few days in Bath. The rooms had water, a kettle, tea and coffee, which was lovely to start and end the day with. Our room was on the top floor, and we had a great view of the city. This place felt very accommodating and homely, with a very comfortable and big bed, a TV and lovely vibes. I would love to stay here again!

   Had a beautiful stay here. Didn't realise it was a discounted guest house (my error!) - but even with that, it was better than most guest houses. Beautiful large room, comfortable bed. Tea and coffee facilities. Spotlessly clean. I would maybe suggest a larger tv in the room we were in, and spare cups, but that's about it. Excellent value for money.

   Such a special stay! The room was beautifully decorated, with everything we needed and full of details that made it unique. The room was also very comfortable, cosy and warm. The location is ideal, with views from the top of the hill and only a very short walk from the centre and main spots. I highly recommend it!

   We had such a fabulous stay at Hill House! We had the Summertime suite and it was the perfect set up for us with our little baby, we had all the space we needed. The attention to detail & little touches made such a difference, and Alex was really helpful in making the booking and offering a late check out. We will definitely be back!

   Visiting for my Husbands birthday for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! The room was so lovely, spacious, smelt gorgeous and over our expectations. The owner was so helpful who we met. We knew the breakfast wasn’t being served before we booked due to renovation, but they had left fruit, treats etc which I thought was lovely. The place is at the top of a huge hill, but we drove down into town and paid to park there. If you don’t mind doing this then it’s not a problem. Would definitely stay there again!

   Thanks Tina and Alex for a lovely stay, the accommodation is beautifully decorated and the hospitality impeccable with a personal touch. Breakfast was exceptional and they catered wonderfully for our dietary needs (vegan). Hill house has recently reopened after a refurbishment and well worth a stay if you are visiting Bath. Parking nearby is permitted however if you are prepared to walk for 10 mins you can find free off street parking.

   Beautiful house, great location, it’s so convenient to walk to everywhere in Bath from here, even come back for a little lunch & rest and set off again : ) we stayed here during the week and enjoyed the whole house and Bath, I specifically like the details of the decorations. we definitely will be back in another occasion…. many thanks!

   Great location, beautiful house, convenient residential permit parking, but above all, fantastic hosts! We felt very welcomed at Hill House and especially enjoyed the breakfast and hospitality. We were also given great tips for bars to visit in Bath.

   The hosts, Douglas and Harry, were absolutely lovely and welcoming. We were provided with a parking pass and shown to a space as parking can be tricky in Bath, so this was super helpful. Our room was really comfortable and had a nice view of the city. Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order, including cereals and a hot dish. The hosts also gave us lots of information on local restaurants to suit our dietary needs (vegetarian/vegan), which was much appreciated.
