The excellent service sets this place apart from other 4 star hotels I've visited. (one slight hitch on arrival). The room was smart and light with nice seating, and the impressive bathroom was impeccably clean. If you know Bath you will know of the hill down to the city centre, and this hotel is situated on that hill although it's only a 5 or 6 minute stroll down to the centre. That wouldn't disway us from staying here again but it's worth saying. We didn't test the Michelin Star restaurant menu as it was too pricey for me, but others may be more inclined to enjoy that added luxury.

This was our second stay at Queensberry, and on this occasion we chose to stay as part of our engagement celebration. Naturally, I wanted everything to be perfect, and the hotel team did not disappoint. We were extremely impressed with our room, the breakfast, the bar drinks, and the service throughout our stay. The flowers I requested were simply gorgeous, and it was clear that a great deal of thought had gone into selecting them. We would highly recommend Queensberry and are very much looking forward to returning for our third stay.

Had a brilliant stay at The Queensbury Hotel. The building has real character, with a warm, traditional feel but still very clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious, tidy, and well looked after. The staff were excellent — friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. Location is perfect too: quiet enough to relax, but just a short walk to all the main sights in Bath. A lovely stay overall. Would happily return and definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bath. Highly recommend Valet Parking if not using car.

Can’t rave about this place enough! Valet service was seamless, got to check-in early, received a very nice welcome and we received a room upgrade too which was a nice surprise! The room was so spacious and beautiful! Complimentary bottle of Cava was there when we arrived, and they even offer a shoe polish service which was also a nice touch. Breakfast at their Michelin-star restaurant was also great. We booked using their “Falling Like Leaves” offer which was amazing value for money. Our only regret is that we only stayed for a night. Highly recommend this lovely hotel!

Amazing. Our room was lovely. Staff were lovely (thanks Noah in the bar). Perfectly located for everywhere. Lovely breakfast. I wish the walled garden had been promoted a little more as we didn't know it was there. Lovely free standing bath in our bathroom. Super fluffy towels. Lots of lovely little lounges to sit in and free tea/coffee and newspapers. I begrudge paying to park

We got married in Bath in December 2020 and had our wedding breakfast at the Olive Tree. We and our family also stayed over at the Queensberry Hotel before and on the day of the wedding! We had such a wonderful experience and the hotel is so beautiful and well-appointed. Not to mention it’s so well maintained. The staff couldn’t do enough to accommodate us (particularly during what was a very difficult time for hospitality industries) and we’re so flexible in accommodating us. We are incredibly thankful to Jos and Carly for being so flexible, kind and making our wedding so special. We returned this December to celebrate our anniversary and have another meal at the Olive Tree - it was again so special and delicious and we really appreciated Chris stopping by our table after the meal to say hi! Our stay at the hotel was also wonderful - we received a personal note from the hotel welcoming us back along with a lovely bottle of bubbles and amazing chocolate treats - it’s these touches that make one feel so special! As usual, it was great to see Jos and his team again! We are planning on making this getaway to the Olive Tree an annual tradition! We love being here!

First time visiting in Bath and picked the Queensbury for our stay. It is such a lovely hotel. The rooms are decorated to a very high standard and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Don't know about the food as we ate in other places during our time in Bath. If we go back we'll plan on staying here again!

Just returned from two lovely nights at The Queensberry celebrating our wedding. The staff were very friendly and could not do more to make us feel welcome. The room was wonderful with a huge and comfortable bed. We opted for breakfast and were not disappointed. We took advantage of the concierge parking which was very convenient. We are looking forward to going back. Would highly recommend.

My daughter and I stayed for six nights for a special birthday celebration. We were welcomed like old friends though it was our first stay. The room was lovely. Service was professional and attentive. Breakfast was wonderful. We stayed on the first floor room by the street, yet we had no issues with sound or noise that disturbed us. Common rooms have beautiful furnishings. Highly recommend The Queensberry.

This is by far the best hotel in Bath! I’ve stayed in the Priory and the Roseate villa but I will be returning to the Queensberry. The communal spaces are calming and delightfully decorated, my room was really quirky and despite being the smallest room was very spacious, the bed, bedding and lighting were impeccable. But most importantly the staff were so lovely, just genuinely friendly, happy and knowledgeable about the city. I was traveling alone and they were happy to chat with me. I asked one chap, “do you like working here?” and he gave the most enthusiastic yes! The manager was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back
