We visited this hotel for one night during our weekend trip to Bath. The hotel is lovely and although we had minimal interaction with staff (just during check in) they were nice. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are lovely, however the carpets could’ve been cleaner, if I’m being picky. The hotel provide complimentary water, biscuits and hot drinks in the room which is nice, and our hotel room had a separate shower and also a bath which is fantastic and rare to see in many hotels. The only downside is that the hotel doesn’t offer parking for guests, which is quite a big inconvenience as there is no affordable parking nearby, the parking in Bath is extortionate. However, the location is great and we enjoyed our stay!

Loved the blanket and duvet. The pillows and bed were very comfortable. The attention to detail was exceptional. The bathrobes, the tea/coffee, bathroom amenities etc were fantastic. The only thing was the noise isolation. A neighbor would open their room and it felt like they were entering my room. Even 5 rooms down, I could still here the door open and shut. Sometimes it’d rattle the bed. I brought this up to the hotel and got a room change, however, I don’t think they realize the severity of the situation. This is because they only moved me a few rooms away. I appreciate this, but they didn’t fully listen to my complaint. I don’t see them changing anything, therefore I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. On Booking, it looks Top-notch!, but in person it just is chaotic and lacks professionalism.

The hotel is in a perfect spot, easy to find and close to everything. It was spotless throughout, which made our stay feel comfortable and relaxed. A special mention must go to Shannon on the front desk, who made such a wonderful first impression. She greeted us with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a bright smile that instantly made us feel welcome. It’s rare to meet someone who combines friendliness with such efficiency, she really set the tone for our stay. Shannon is a real credit to the team and made all the difference to our experience.

Perfect location, everything was a max 10 minute walk away. No parking but we knew this before arrival and made use of the park and ride leaving the car for the duration of our stay. Room was a decent size, clean and tidy. Made use of the pool / spa area everyday. Breakfast was lovely and they catered for allergies. Would recommend to others.

This Hotel was distinctly average from start to finish. The check in was quick but lacked a lot of details and had to ask a fair few questions later, but this wasn't too big of a deal. However what was more of an issue was the dusty nature of the room, I had to go round with one of the towels and dust down a lot of surfaces that where very dusty, not sure if this was because the room had been empty ages or the cleaning staff where not using a clean cloth. But either way it was not the most inviting introduction to the room, but the rest was clean or so we though, till the morning when we opened the curtains to see a horribly dirty window. The spa facilities where pretty good and enjoyed about 45 minutes in the pool and showers, I would say though it is a much smaller pool than it looks in the photo, but everything was clean and good trim so would recommend this part of the stay.

Perfect location in the beautiful City of Bath. Few minutes walk away from the town centre and close to railway station. Very attentive staff. Room was glorious. Well stocked coffee/tea supplies and water and milk in fridge. Good selection toiletries. Safe and hairdryer included. Room very spacious, we had a family room for three adults which was one double bed and two singles. Wonderful shower plus bath. Hospitality very attentive and delivered a toothbrush pack to the room as I'd forgotten to pack mine..no charge.. pool was a bit crowded which, considering you were meant to book via reception, was a bit disappointing as 13 in the pool meant it was impossible to swim. Hotel exceptionally clean. Breakfast area was very clean with attentive staff and a good range of hot meals plus a buffet. Would definitely return.

Great hotel. Relaxing little break away. The hotel has a pool and they book slots for you to use it. This is perfect as someone high risk as it means I can use it at its quietest times. The room was spotlessly clean and I treated myself to a booking. com upgrade so I got a really spacious room with seating area. So much space and a little fridge. Great tea and coffee options, snacks, nice big bathroom with a big bath and shower in it. Room 123 is a deluxe double with views out to the Bath brew house pub and dual aspect windows at the corner of the building.

My boyfriend booked us a weekend stay here for my birthday and it was the best weekend and birthday of my entire life! This hotel was absolute perfection and I truly couldn't fault it. Our room was stunning, the bed was super comfortable and all of the extras in the room were amazing. The swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were beautiful and we really enjoyed using them. The restaurant in the hotel was amazing, we had dinner and breakfast there and the food, atmosphere, setting, and staff were outstanding! The staff members were so friendly, kind, and attentive and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is of a very high standard and an amazing place to stay, I cannot wait to come back one day and I highly recommend it!! A truly perfect stay. :)
