Good, though room 9 isn’t the best: both single beds could feel springs in places and squeaked. Also the drinking water may be in need of filtering? It has a strong taste. Maybe fluoride or similar chemicals used to treat. I’d stay again but it appears room 9 should be discounted more than the other single bed rooms, like room 6. It’s a very different experience for the price.

Great place to stay in Bath. Only a short distance from the centre, lovely rooms and a good breakfast to start the day. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for my best friend’s birthday and we had an amazing time! The staff were very kind, welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was great and the room had everything we needed. The location is close to all the main attractions too. Overall I really recommend and would come back again!!

A fantastic location, with lovely staff. Great choices for breakfast. I would have given five stars except for one or two small things. The bathroom was missing hooks to hang up towels. The bathroom did not appear to be cleaned everyday. We started out with one and a half toilet rolls, when the half roll was used it was not replaced. The bed was made every day. We were able to leave our luggage on the last day, saving us having to carry it around Bath.

10 out of 10! The place was clean and lovely, I enjoyed my stay very much. And the kitchen provided delightful breakfast every morning. But Debbie, the host was truly the gem of the hotel and my lucky star, she is extremely friendly, warm-hearted and passionate. She gave so much help to me than I ever expected. It was really a pleasure to meet with her. I would love to be back again!

I had a really lovely stay and felt so welcomed and cozy. Debbie was a warm and wonderful host and also, made dinner reservations for me. It almost felt like visiting old friends. The morning breakfast was beyond amazing w a buffet board and warm, custom items from the menu w vegetarian options. I was on the top floor and the views were amazing. Only note, there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up. Easy walk to main attractions. I even walked up from the train station.

I really loved this place. Although the whole hotel is very tiny and feels quite cramped, everything is decorated in such a cheery and cozy way. The staff are very friendly. The location is very convenient. You can walk to the central shopping area in about 10 minutes. The breakfast is also really worth it. The food is great. Rooms were cozy with a good view, and the toilet was tiny but very clean. There is no lift here. There's also a very nice view from my window. I could see the sunrise. I would definitely stay here again if I am coming back to Bath.

We stayed for 2 nights at this very well located townhouse in mid-November. The hotel interiors are tastefully done up with basic rooms. It is run by the building owner's son who checked us in and was very helpful. The staff is very friendly and efficient. We had some good chats with Theo who is quite funny and a special shoutout to Debby for being an absolute darling. The breakfast is fresh and hot. We will be back soon! P.S. Being a townhouse, the building is narrow with many floors. We had to climb 3 stories to reach our room, which was fine with us but something to be mindful of while booking!

A fabulous place. By far the nicest hotel and room me and my wife have ever stayed, and at a reasonable price too. You never know how the attention to detail will be until you arrive and if anyone is wondering; it’s incredibly clean and well kept. The gentleman on reception was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast staff were also friendly and well trained.
