It’s hard to know how to rate this hotel. The location is great and the price very good. The rooms are modern and comfortable and the breakfast adequate and plentiful. However there was a noise problem that would make me reluctant to stay here again - or in fact at any Hampton by Hilton Hotel. The AC fan was a constant, loud, intrusive drone that got in my head and stopped me sleeping or reading. You don’t notice it at first, but in the dead of night it’s like having a generator in the room with you. I could even hear it through earplugs when I got some. Maintenance just shrugged. They apparently have the system serviced every 6 months and the filters changed every 3. It’s for air quality. It can’t be switched off. Every hotel will have it. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and have never been kept awake by fan noise before. It was suggested I must be a light sleeper, which I’m not. If this kind of thing doesn’t bother you then great, but if it does, I’d think about going somewhere else.

The rooms are clean, modern and have everything you need! Staff are friendly, polite and helpful- even when busy! Tasty breakfast included in the price! Absolutely brilliant! What more could you ask for- would definitely stay again!

Decent hotel. Very clean and nice reception area. Room looked nice and laid out wells. Nice large TV. Shower gels and creams were great. Fantastic location. For the price I think they could offer more variety for breakfast, such as fried eggs, french toast. Breakfast tasted quite cheap and the hot drinks too. Can hear doors slamming shut from nearby rooms. Bed and pillows could be comfier.

Lovely family stay at this hotel. Clean, comfortable and modern. Right by the centre and parking only 5 minutes from the hotel. Great breakfast options including gluten free toast as well as oat milk and veg alternatives. The hotel staff was very welcoming and attentive. Will definitely return, great value too.

I came with my husband for a 2 night stay to celebrate my birthday. This hotel was great. We were given a disabled room with a huge bathroom and the whole room was spacious with a big TV. It had a lot of mirrors and just about enough storage although no drawers. The bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of choice for breakfast with hot options. There was no bacon but plenty of hot alternatives. It even had a waffle machine. The hotel was in a great position for the town. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Such a lovely hotel. Excellent location, we arrived by train which was within 5mins from hotel. We had to cut our stay short by a day because of a rail strike. The hotel staff we so helpful and the manager Maria sorted out my concerns immediately. What a fabulous team…. A credit to the company. We kept the barman busy with our mulled wine and mince pie order also double whiskeys for the men. The reception area was immaculate, rooms out of this world. Breakfast was a little cold, and disappointed as no bacon, fried eggs etc…. But the waffles certainly made up for it. The coffee from the machine could be hotter. Can’t wait to return, please can the staff be told they are wonderful please.

I went here, for my daughters hen do. The hotel is v central to everything, excellent location. Short walk from station, short walk to all the local bars, restaurants, pubs n clubs. The complimentary breakfast offers all the usual ... sausage, hash brown, beans, scrambled egg, mushrooms, but no bacon or fried eggs. Cereals, fruit, cheese n hams, the usual continental breakfast, pastries, yogurt, toast machines, u can even make your own waffles! They were gorgeous with the maple syrup! The rooms are clean and roomy enough for the twin beds we had. Lovely walk in shower, with rain fall shower head and the normal shower head. Well lite with a nice back lite mirror. Beds and pillows were v comfy. Has 2lifts.The staff v friendly and helpful. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again for any future visits to lovely Bath.
