Lovely hotel! We've arrived around 9 pm and were still able to check in. In case we would have arrived later, there was still an option to get the room card. I've booked a bigger room but we even got an upgrade to a lovely room in the highest floor which was very nice. I must have been Jeremy who helped us on this day but the rest of the staff that we've met was also very friendly. The concept with the open bar is easy for both parties and we enjoyed the trip overall.

What a super place to stay. Very nice lathe room and bathroom. Good sized car park. If you've a electric car they let you use the outside plugs to charge. For free. Bonus. Lovely cooked breakfast and plenty of choice. Hosts were very pleasant to chat to. Probably a 20-25 mins walk into town. Not to far at all.

Lovely sized rooms. The bathroom was beautiful. The tea and coffee stocked so we'll (have never seen such an offering). Very comfortable beds. We had some noisy inconsiderate neighbours in the morning but out management control. Staff very friendly. Top notch b&b.

The hotel is very pretty set on a reasonably quiet road about a twenty minute walk from the centre of Bath. Big advantage is on site parking and public transport… there is an hourly bus from pretty much outside the door and more regularly a five minute walk away. The hotel is well appointed. The bedroom well decorated, clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff were lovely. A special mention for Francesca on reception and Kaska who popped up all over the hotel and couldn’t have been more helpful. As many reviews have mentioned the breakfast was lovely. One thing we did notice was that when booking it pays to watch the prices… we didn’t… if we’d booked a couple of days later the room would have been at a lower price. Having said that, we wanted to secure the room and we had a wonderful stay and will definitely return (with a close eye on the rates!).

My husband and I have now stayed here a number of times. The service and friendliness of the staff is second to none. The breakfast is great with varied offerings. Not forgetting the wonderful restaurant the chef is the best! The rooms are clean & spacious. Large bathrooms with roll top baths. Beds are very comfortable too.

We stayed in the luxury suite for two nights over the weekend. The welcome was friendly and the room was spotless. The staff are absolutely attentive and faultless. We had breakfast both days and the quality and choice was fantastic. It made me sad we didn't book an evening meal. We had two good nights sleep in a comfortable bed. I can see us coming back to this hotel time and time again as we loved both Bath the hotel. I really cannot think to even slightly grumble about. Thanks to the staff for an impressive weekend away. It's a 1.5km walk to Bath Centre which some might not like, but we preferred this and the good parking.

Stayed here for a night for my wife's birthday & don't have a bad word to say. The room was lovely & clean, the bathroom was fantastic & the bed was comfy. Staff were very friendly & the breakfast was spot on. Free onsite parking was a big plus too & only 5 minutes in a taxi to the town centre. Highly recommended if you don't want to go to a boring chain!

This hotel was one of the best hotels I stayed. We stayed in a beautiful room with an amazing bathroom. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Free parking was very helpful and saved me time to look for parking. The location was also good and we could drive around easily . For the breakfast I ordered egg Benedict and it was tasty but the buffet itself can be improved and have more options.

Firstly the Cleanliness, so clean & everything you need for your stay is there, the Staff are so friendly & helpful. The breakfast lovely choice and fresh ingredients and so calm. Lovely setting not too far from everything, bus stop outside. This time of year we done park & ride at Lansdown you don't pay for parking and bus ride was £2.50 each and we spent the day in Bath. Will be returning 10 / 10
