A beautiful home, warm welcoming clean comfortable lovely decor and trays of continental breakfast brought upto our room every morning. Situated in a lovely area for walking around and just a short 20 minute downhill walk to the city centre. Thank you Louise and Chris for all the effort you made to make our stay perfect.

A really pleasant and well run guest house/B&B. It is a 15 minute walk into Bath centre but sits close to wonderful parks and country. There are also bar, restaurant and convenient shopping facilities nearby. The room was spacious with a really nice bathroom, luxurious linen and towels. Very, very clean. really made to feel welcome without being intruded upon. Excellent place to stay!
Louise & Chris are amazing hosts! So friendly, helpful & efficient. Our room was most comfy & offered many amenities. The continental breakfast is plentiful & very tasty. My husband & I have been coming here for years & will very gladly continue to do so.
First class small guesthouse about a mile from Bath city centre. Comfortable en-suite rooms and a very pleasant couple who look after you.

Cute and cosy BnB with practical rooms filled with character. Everything very clean and all amenities are thoughtfully provided. The location is a 15 min walk (downhill) into town, but also plenty of buses running back uphill. Owners Louise and Chris are so helpful and friendly, we have really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bath.
Lovely room, Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and Louise and Chris were very welcoming hosts. We will definitely be booking again when we visit Bath next.
