Staff friendly and helpful, room clean and tidy, bathroom toiletries provided, kettle etc. Bed comfortable and slept well, room was quiet. Room furniture dated, no USB charging sockets, big step to bathroom which should have had glow in the dark strip across it for health and safety . Breakfast was ok, not a as big a variety as I've had in other hotels, basic but did the job. Nice stay but definitely not worth the price I paid.

Stayed here for a gig at the Prospect Building. Excellent location. 3 min walk from Temple Meads station. 5 min walk to Prospect building. Room is very basic but perfect if you just need a bed for the night. Bar food was expensive for what it was. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent.

A well-located Ibis near to Temple Meads train station and in quiet business district of Bristol. I stayed for two nights in November 2025 and it's worth noting the scaffolding is still up on one side of the building up to and including the 5th floor. I paid a little extra for the superior room. They have been done up, but the room still has the same pod-like bathroom, which is looking a little tired. Still, for the price I paid I felt it was good value. Not sure I'd feel the same if the room was >100GBP... What makes this place is the staff. All the team members I came across were friendly and welcoming. Sorry I didn't catch everyone's names, but and a special shout out to Sonny who immediately came to help when my room door lock went rogue and I was locked out with a meeting to go to. Classic me! I did sleep really well, so if you're looking for a quiet area that's 5mins on foot from the station and 10mins from Cabot Circus shopping, this Ibis is a good option and the room rates can be very reasonable. I'd stay again.

The room was appropriately clean and tidy clean sheets and bathroom was good, service from the desk was freindly and prompt even with a trainee. location is very convenient due to the closeness of Temple meads and by extention the airport. Wasnt the most quiet room you could hear when other rooms were moving about particularly showers in the morning but for the price little to fault another successful Ibis stay.

I have to judge on the room I had, which was fine but tired. I am aware this was one of the older rooms and hasn't undergone a refurbishment like others, and this is under way. The reason for the slightly lower score on the room is, mainly, the lack of sockets near the bed which I could have used at the end of a long, battery draining day. That said, the room was clean, the bed comfy, and there were excellent teabags available. The team were friendly and helpful during all interactions and, having arrived very early but with stuff to do, they gladly stored luggage for me until later in the day. Prices in the restaurant and quality of food were fine too. All in all a good experience.

Sufficient room for a short stay. The lack of carpet in the room makes it not very cozy. Modular bathroom with toilet. Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel is well located, very close to the main train station and bus stops. The old town within walking distance. The area is modern, constantly developing. A hotel worth recommending.

Great value place to stay. Slightly noisy due to proximity to the station with trains coming through at intervals throughout the night. Nothing earplugs can’t fix though! Special shout out to Michael who was very friendly and helpful at breakfast

We have used this hotel before. It's location in relation to Bristol Temple Meads station is very handy, about 2 mins. walk. It takes about 15 minutes to walk into Central Bristol. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. On this occasion Lee behind the bar was really great. Rooms are of larger size than standard Ibis, tourists from North America will probably find them on the small size. One really great plus is that they have draught keg beer from a local brewery in the bar.

Visited Bristol for the first time in December 2022 and spent 3 nights and 4 days there and absolutely loved it. Location is perfect as it's right next to the train station, but also close enough to walk to to downtown. The staff were very friendly. The facility is clean and up to spec. The room is spacious and has a good layout. The bathroom and amenities are all clean and functional. We never opted for cleaning the room when we were out, but everyday we received a tote bag of clean towels, coffee, tea, and toilet paper on the door. 10/10 would come back if we visit Bristol again.

This is a standard IBIS. The rooms are exactly what you would expect. The room was clean and a good size. Unlike some ibis hotels the room was spacious with a good seating area. The lady who checked me in was really friendly. Location wise it's both great for Temple Meads and for the city centre. There's also a Starbucks really close for your daily dose of caffeine. If you don't want a hotel breakfast there is also a Wetherspoons in walking distance. Will stay here next time I need a hotel in Bristol.
