   Lovely home and garden!! Margaret and Gary were very welcoming when we knocked the door upon arrival. Clean and fresh, comfy beds and rooms. I'm playing baseball at Bristol Baseball Club and next year I will suggest to my team that we all stay here if we can be accommodated for. Highly recommend! Beautiful surrounding countryside, yet Bath and Bristol are only 10-15 minutes away either way if you're looking for more hussle and bussle on your travels. Also plenty of places to eat very near to the house. Looking forward to breakfast in the morning.

   Just got back from a fantastic stay in the hobbit hut with my mum and sister for my 30th. To be honest this is the best accommodation I've ever stayed in! Loved every second of it. Quirky but homely. Surrounded by Beautiful gardens, it felt so cosy. Was lovely and warm inside. Lots of great touches by the friendly hosts. Decor was spot on! Can recommend the Upton Inn nearby for dinner if needed. Bath very close by. And fairly easy to find with a smartphone or satnav. (we did it in the dark) After showing my children the photos they have made me promise to take them... Can't wait to go back! Thankyou for having us!

   Really lovely experience. The owner was attentive, the accommodation was so cosy and comfy. The owner gave the option to have a breakfast basket brought out to you in the morning if you wished which was a lovely touch!

   I got here as my girlfriend organised a special surprise for my birthday and I was clueless at first. I jaw dropped once we arrived! Stunning south Gloucestershire countryside hills and a view for a kill! 20 min drive away from Bristol or bath, but still it seemed we were in a different world. The property was beautiful and magical,tje gardens around the main building were to die for, just amazing and our accommodation was something incredible! I've spent the night in the hobbit hole!!! One of the best experience of my life! Also you welcome in the morning with a beautiful breakfast hamper on your doorstep so you wake up and you have breakfast in that beautiful setting! The owners also are making the difference! Such a lovely and caring couple! They made my birthday present even more special!

   Margaret and Mark are the perfect hosts ! Warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Their beautiful home is a very special place to stay and I would thoroughly recommend this fabulous new B & B in the heart of the countryside but so close to Bath and Bristol - couldn't be better !
