This apartment is incredibly spacious for the price. The main bedroom had its own en-suite, which was very spacious, as well as a large walk in wardrobe, which was perfect for storing cases as well as clothes. The location was perfect and central. Booking in and checking out instructions were simple to follow too.

Very clean and tidy, location is great because youβre super close to everything however it can be quite noisy during the night. Wasnβt able to open the balcony door fully as itβs locked with a chain and the windows donβt fully open either so did get quite warm inside. Also, I found the mattress to be very hard now this is just a personal preference as I prefer a memory foam soft mattress

Very well situated in the centre of Bristol with good instructions for entry/Wi-Fi etc. Surrounded by decent shops, bars, restaurants and within very good walking distance to all the Bristol sites. Clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment in terms of the linen, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine/iron/ironing board etc. A little noisy at night in the Summer with the windows open that comes with the convenient/central position.

Rubbish virtual check in. The landing to our room looked out onto parking area you couldn't use and it was a dumping ground. The living room walls looked very grubby and the decor was dated, while the sofa was itchy and the throw cushion covers where faded and marked. I was impressed with facilities until crockery, mugs etc showed signs of significant wear. Don't start me on towels ! Two adults, two nights and only one bath towel ( not the first complaint about this ), our air con didn't work so we had to boil. Not at all amused

Virtual check in ridiculous as some people can't do it.if they dont have a phone. One towel for 2 adults gross Grubby looking dated decor throw cushions on couch look like charity shop buy. Access from lift to door looks like trashy council estate. Screaming kids outside so.had to keep windows shut and boil. Compared to Radcliffe St this was a dump we prefer the human touch not Virtual rubbish. Being forced to park in the Galleries overnight having to cart luggage all over the place and not being able to relax .....shoddy

Horrible by my standard. The pictures are very deceiving - the apartment is very dark. The corridors leading to the apartment within the building felt like weβre in some dingy street. Wi-Fi without internet when I checked in (by myself - itβs one of those you pick up your own key, etc) myself at 7.30pm. Called the hotline and told me nothing they can do about it until tomorrow 9am. I have a 7am conference call. Go figure! The wooden floors are sticky and Iβm quite sure hasnβt been cleaned for a while. Bring your own bedroom slippers if you are Asian and wearing shoes indoor is not common or comfortable. The carpet in the bedroom are stained. I wouldnβt recommend it and I have no idea why my company booked me in this place except that the relocation agency has very low standards or couldnβt care less. Either way, this apartment is cheap for a reason.

Booked via booking.com. Just THREE days before our stay Premier Suites Plus sent us an extremely blasΓ© message saying some current guests wanted to stay longer so we could either be refunded or they could book us into a hotel. Somewhat undermines the point of booking! I know hospitality has it tough at the moment, but there was no acknowledgement of how disruptive this would be for us, having booked months ahead. Am giving two stars rather than one as they did sort a hotel for us, and paid the difference, which we obviously appreciate. However the hotel is not particularly suitable for our family and not what we had in mind when we went for an apartment. Book here at your peril!

I made a booking on April 18th for 3 Suites (2 bedrroms in each suite) housing 12 adults (all 35 years old) for August 6th 2021. Today, 10 days before our booking, I am informed that my booking has been cancelled due to overbooking. The on the day manager was rude on the phone, and said they found an alternative, the alternative was 3 double bedrooms (so 2 double beds per room) - which would mean 4 people sharing 2 beds in 1 room as an alternative. This trip was a third time rebooked hen party, for a wedding that has also been rebooked 3 times and the sheer lack of empathy from the venue who are blaming Booking.com is insane to me and I would not recommend working with a group that so aggressively are lack a level of compassion and quite frankly do not seem to understand hospitality.

Thank you for providing a first class experience for my family. Everything from beginning to end was better than expected. Ease of check in and out, clean and modern accommodation, location and cost. We will be back and recommend to others.

+ Very clean! Apartment and furnishings looked very clean. + Very well-equipped kitchen - could have used a drying rack for dishes as we decided not to use the dishwasher. + Good quality and ample furniture - comfortable beds. Was missing a coat rack though (coat hangers in the hallway or the lounge would have been great). + Great location, and decent price. - On our first night, there was terrible noise from the apartment above us, it sounded like a bunch of kids stomping/running around almost continuously from about 1930h to 2200-2230h. Luckily they left the next day. I would advise Premier Suites to put families with (young) children on the lowest floor, and ideally next to each other to limit nuisance to people who are quiet and are there to relax. - Someone had come into our apartment whilst we were away. After e-mailing to ask about it, I got a reply a week later (over the holidays) that there was a mix-up with regards to maintenance, and the maintenance person had to be in another apartment. Nothing was stolen or moved, but we noticed because lights were left on. I would stay here again, although I'd avoid staying when big events in the city centre are on as the apartments are located so centrally, and ours looked out over a public square with bars/restaurants. Although a few minor things, the overall experience was very good.
