   Excellent all round, plus great central location. Reception people friendly and helpful. £22/night for parking on-site a little steep but handy. Lovely and quiet when we stayed (end of August). Would use again, definitely.

   Firstly the reception is through the metal gate and to the right, you cannot see it from the front. Out of hours key collection can be arranged. The premier suites is like a block of flats with rooms that match. PARKING is limited to eight spaces for premier suites so it gets booked up quickly. There is limited parking opposite enough for four to five vehicles at ten pounds a night. Access areas are clean but tired, it needed a good hoover. The suites however are exceptionally clean and so much better than a hotel, you have everything you need to actually relax and cook your own food just like at home, working away this has made a big difference in having the extra facilities. My room had a small balcony which opened up to a unseated area which was nice to let in air. The staff I dealt with were very friendly, unfortunately I cannot remember the American ladies name but she was exceptional.

   This 2 bed apt was perfect. A good size with everything you need and immaculately clean. The location is great, on a quiet street but within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The team on reception were all lovely and really helpful even going out and buying a corkscrew for us! We will definitely stay here again.

   Great apartments and very friendly staff, but the constant noise is just horrible if you are trying to sleep. It can start as early as 5am, drunk people shouting outside and slamming doors 24/7 are common occurrences.Far from being a quiet place…

   Great apartments. The beds were incredibly comfy, the shower pressure good and everything was spotlessly clean. Reception were really friendly and helpful (this was my third time actually booking due to Covid lockdowns and they helped me move it each time). Really couldn’t fault them.

   Great potential but tatty, the suite needed redecorating, the bathroom was mouldy and poorly ventilated, the heated towel rail held together with tape, no throw cushions anywhere, awful pillows and duvets (heavy and lumpy). The bare minimum of cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils, not enough to make it worth using the dishwasher. Balcony filthy and mildewed Reception only open for short periods, however the staff are very helpful on the telephone

   POSITIVES : Spacious and well decorated suite. Fully equipped for short or longer accommodation. Shower was my favourite part of the suite. Big comfy bed with clean refreshing bedsheets. Amazing location in walking distance from the city centre. NEGATIVES: Accommodation did not include the complimentary wine that has been advertised on ther website. On the wooden headboard of the bed I have found traces of previous residents. Basically there were two oily patches in the shape of hands. That was quite horrible and disgusting to discover. Worse than that was that we mentioned that to the reception and aksed for immediate cleaning, but later on the day when we returned to the suite, the problem was still there. Really disappointing and unacceptable situation. Never booking again with Premier Suites. Cleanliness, hygiene and customer support are simple and important factors of choosing an accommodation.
